141 Dupe Challenge 9 : Mini Base for 48 Dupes : Oxygen not included
Trying to oxygenate a base of 80+ dupes is a bit of a problem. Instead we construct a separate mini base to hold 48 dupes with full atmo suit services. Between power, ventilation, plumbing, shipping and O2 production it takes a while, but for 24 cycles of work we have made our lives a lot simpler. Also our dupes gets to live in relative comfort, next up space. Side note, i did a lot of planning on a sandbox map to get the piping and everything else right, compacting everything so tight is really tricky.

This is a tough planet to settle, their is not a lot of usable resources to work with and they are all hot. Despite all the effort we only get up power, cooling and an area to build in. Still calling that a victory considering how tough the Superconductive Niobium Asteroid is.

Getting up a space telescope that is sustainable require several things. Oxygen, power, automated bunker doors and regolith removal. All so you can scan some planets so you can finally launch a steam rocket at them. I build in a local O2 supply I'm going to need it for the rocket program to come. The space escalator looks ridiculous but I love it. Did not get on to petroleum rockets like I hoped I would, to many little side project to take care off. Side note do not use lead anywhere near regolith it ends up melting it.
