Alert security staff, led by Mr. Hou, swiftly intervened to assist a female marathon runner who nearly fainted just before crossing the finish line in Dezhou, China, on September 24. Recognizing her unstable gait and signs of physical distress, they carried her over the finish line and onto a stretcher for immediate medical care. The runner later confirmed her recovery, stating she felt fine after a half-hour rest and medical evaluation showed no serious issues.

Utility In Thailand
Welcome back gentleman, so if you are planning to move to Thailand, you most likely wonder how much to budget and specifically how much the utility costs are in Thailand. If so, sit back and relax because we have you covered.
However, before we begin, I must add that Thailand has many services and providers depending on the location, so It is best to treat these figures as a close estimate rather than a 100% guarantee.
Utility costs In Thailand
Electric Costs In Thailand
According to GPP, current data show the average price of electricity is 0.11 U.S. Dollars per kilowatt-hour, but some similar sources suggest average prices be slightly, however. This discrepancy may be because some providers increase prices per unit after reaching a certain threshold. Nevertheless, how much will this cost you per month?
If you aim to live cheaply by turning off the aircon when not in use, your electric bills will often be around 600 – 900 Baht a month. This is based on a single adult. This is $18.33 - $27.50.
If you live in a larger property and use electricity more, your electric prices in Thailand will be around 1000 – 1800 Thai Baht a month. This is $30.56 - $55.00.
Run a business or perform cryptocurrency mining or something similar. Costs can be over 2000 Thai baht, but on average most single expats can live comfortably using a smaller amount of electricity.
Water costs in Thailand
Similar to electricity, prices can change depending on the amount you use and if you are a resident or a business. Water is super cheap and tends to be around 10 Baht for the first 20 cubic meters or so. Thus for a single adult, water prices can be as low as 50 – 100 Thai baht and, in some cases, lower. This is around $1.53 - $3.05 a month.
If you have a private swimming pool or shower several times a day, naturally, prices can be much higher.
Cell phone costs in Thailand
When looking at the utility prices of Thailand, one external expense you may wish to include is cell phone costs. There are several different providers and packages available. Most range between 250 – 400 baht a month. This often includes non-stop internet surfing and free social media for 30 days. This price translates to $7.63 - $12.21 a month.

Retiree cost of living in the Philippines is around $1500 - $2000. So I would aim to focus on the higher end if you want to live well. However, some retirees live much cheaper in the Philippines.
The cost to retire in Cebu vs the cost to retire in manila will be very different. But also, the retirement lifestyle will also impact the expenses for the Philippines.
Many forigners retire in the Philippines on a low budget; however, this is not recommended as the budget does not allow them much extra, which will be needed for emergencies, for instance.
Retire in Dumaguete, retire in Cebu, retire in Bohol and retire in Palawan are all amazing places; again, the cost to retire in these areas will change, so it's something to think about in the future.
The cost of living in the Philippines in 2022 / cost of living in the Philippines in 2023 can be as high or as low as your lifestyle permits. However, I recommend a budget of around $1500 or more to comfortably retire or live in the Philippines.

Naturally, there are many different opportunities for foreigners who are looking to retire in the Philippines; nonetheless, the stays list has been calculated based on the feedback of the online expat community and living experiences / highly rated locations. We always try to include a mixture of different cities and living experiences for those who wish to retire in the Philippines.
One of the considerations to make when looking at the best places to retire in the Philippines is the overall cost of living. Largest cities our course more expensive and those cities that are situated within the Manila area some of the most expensive. Are you thinking about taking a trip to the Philippines? If so, then the most important part is the initial journey, and therefore today, we will be discussing how to find cheap flights to the Philippines.
How To Find Cheap Flights To The Philippines - Tips For Cheap Flights - Cheap International Flights - https://owlofasia.com/how-to-find-cheap-flights-to-the-philippines/
How To Find Cheap Flights To The Philippines
Some airlines have referred to the ideal time to book as the prime booking window in the travel industry. This varies from airline to airline, but most airlines recommend that to find cheap flights to the Philippines, it is best that flights are booked at least two months in advance.
Airlines and comparison sites collect cookies. There have been documented cases of customers finding flights then researching those flights only to find out that prices have increased, which may encourage some customers to book if they believe the flight price is continuously increasing.
This is somewhat of a myth, but when I have looked at how to find cheap flights to the Philippines, I always notice prices go up if I did not clean my Internet history.
Over the last few months, I’ve been interested in Kayak when looking at international and domestic flights, as they are often one of the cheapest. The company also offers hotels, cars, and complete packages, and thus, if you are looking for added extras, you may find some fantastic deals on this platform.
According to sources at farecompare.com, the cheapest day to book is found on a Tuesday. Interestingly this is another myth, but as this is a well-known myth, some airlines seem to lower their prices during midweek to gain more customers.
This next tip for finding cheap flights to the Philippines will depend upon your credit card company as each credit card company offers unique benefits. For example, some allow cashback when purchasing flights which is an excellent way to find cheap flights to the Philippines.
Aside from using mainstream bank credit cards, you may find additional options available to you, such as using the airline’s credit card. For example, most airlines have a premium card that includes early check-in and airport lounge access benefits. These tend to be international airlines.
Suppose you are situated in the United Kingdom, then Jack’s flight club may be a better option. But if you are from America, Australia, Canada, or any other country outside of the United Kingdom, then Scott cheap flights may be more appropriate.
When flying into the Philippines, you will often have a decision to make. This decision is between price and convenience. You will find that most direct flights are the most expensive but naturally are the quickest and most convenient. On the other hand,
