Today I’m making an easy and super delicious Egg Curry. This can be done as a side dish but for me most times it ends up being a main meal because of its amazing taste. I hope you enjoy this and share with your family a new curry recipe that will blow up their taste buds. Enjoy!
Cooking time 25 minutes Serves 4
Ingredients To prepare Eggs 8 boiled free range Eggs ¼ tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Paprika 0.5 tbsp Oil
To make curry 1 tbsp Oil ½ tsp Cumin seeds 2 dried Chilies 2 Bay leaves 1 big Onion finely chopped 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 0.5 tsp Coriander powder 0.5 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Madras Curry powder 1 tsp Paprika ¼ Red Chili powder ¼ Turmeric powder 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp chopped green Coriander 1.5 cups (300ml) water
One of the most traditional Portuguese dish from north of Portugal, cooked a lot of red wine to make a very rich in flavor. I cook slowly and the meat is so tender as well.
Preparing and cooking time 3 to 4 hours
Serves 4
Ingredients
1.50kg of Rabbit meat chopped in 3 inch size
1,25ltr bottle of Red Wine
400gr mini Potatoes with skin
1 big size of Carrot chopped
2 medium big size Onion sliced thinly
6 cloves of Garlic crushed
5 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Paprika
6 Cloves
1tsp of White Pepper
2 small stems of Rosemary
3 Bay Leaves
1 and half tsp of Salt or at your taste
Bunch of Parsley
How to make
After preparing everything, bring a large pot that can go into the oven.
Start putting everything in layers into the pot, first a bit onion and rest of the other spices, add half of the meat and after repeat the same process for the onion and spices, add rest of the meat. Add 1 bottle of red wine, olive oil and salt at your taste.
Cover it and let it marinate for 1 hour. After one hour add potatoes, carrot and parsley with stems. If need it little bit more wine add it.
Pre-heat the oven in 200Cº, when oven gets hotter put the pot inside it and let it cook for 2 hours, meanwhile check after one hour and mix it, and let it cook for an hour more. Check if meat and vegetables are cooked very well if everything cook then your dish is ready. Take the pot out and enjoy!

800 grams cut Potato in large size Matchsticks
800 mls vegetable Oil
To boil the Potatoes
1.5 litres Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp whate Sugar
0.5 tsp Baking powder
To coat the boiled Potatoes to fry
0.5 cup Cornstarch
1/4 tsp red Chili powder or use as per your taste
1/4 tsp black Pepper or use as per your taste
To season the fries
0.5 tsp Chili Powder or use to your taste
0.5 tsp fine Salt
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp black Pepper
0.5 tsp Oregon

This recipe is divine, it’s one of my favorite dishes and makes me remind of home! It is very famous in my country but this is my own version. I hope you will try it!
Recipes
Cooking time 20 to 25 minutes
Serves 2
1/2 kg chicken breasts and thighs
To marinate chicken
1 tea spoon of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 handful of spring coriander
1 tea spoon of salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tea spoon of red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon of garam masala powder
1/2 tea spoon of coriander powder
1/2 tea spoon of cumin powder
1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder
2 cardamom
2 cloves
2 small sticks of cinnamon
2 table spoon of yogurt to add more flavor
3 tea spoons of olive oil
To cook the chicken
1/2 tea spoon of cumin seeds
2 table spoon of olive oil
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
300 ml of water
1/3 teaspoon of salt
1 fresh red chili
2 handful of spring coriander
How to cook
Chop the chicken breasts & thighs in bite size and put it into a bowl.
To a mortar add ginger, garlic and mash it to a paste and put into the bowl and also all others spices to marinate the chicken, and mix well and keep for 3 to 24 hours.
Chop onion, tomato without skin, fresh red chili and coriander and reserve
Turn on the gas in medium heat, and to a cooking pan add 2 tablespoon of olive oil, let it get hot then add cumin seeds until it gets brown. Add onion and cook it until it gets golden brown and add the marinated chicken, mix well and cook it until it dries the water from chicken. Then add a chopped tomato and cook it very well until it combines with the chicken. Put fresh chopped chili, add 300 ml of water and let it simmer for 2 minute. Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and freshly chopped coriander mix very well and take cinnamon sticks and bay leaf out. Now Nepalese chicken curry is done. Enjoy it! :D

This is a very simple and delicious side dish that goes well with a lot of warm meals. Instead of only boiling it I made with a spicy Sausages to add a lovely flavor, you can eat as a side dish for your roasted lunch or dinner, enjoy!
Cooking time 35 minutes
Serves 3 to 4 as a side dish
Ingredients
½ Kg of Brussels Sprouts
2 diced spicy Sausages
3 cloves of minced Garlic
½ tsp of Dried Thyme, use fresh if you have it.
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 pinch of sweet Paprika
Enough water to boil the Brussels Sprouts around 2 Cups.

Pork Fried rice with Vegetables is one of my favorite comfort dish, it’s very easy to make without much effort just follow my friendly recipe.
I used Aromatic Basmati Rice, Pork Belly without bone and skin and a lots of lovely vegetables all cooked without much grease. Rice gets so loosen and combines with all that lovely and fragrant ingredients. Give it a try, you will love it.
Serves 3 to 4
Cooking time 15 minutes after preparing all ingredients
Ingredients
2 cup of Basmati rice (200g rice cooked)
200g boneless and skinless Pork Belly
Vegetables
½ cup of chopped Pepper (100g)
2 cup of finely chopped Broccoli (200g)
½ cup of Green Peas (50g)
4 stems Spring Onion
Sauce
1 tbsp of sweet Soya Sauce
3 tbsp of light Soya Sauce
1 tbsp of Sriracha Chili Sauce
