How to Watch the Olympics Without a Cable Subscription
If you are like me, an American, and an American who is fed up with cable, you may have realized that we have a bit of an issue when it comes to trying to watch the Olympics. NBC has enough power over US broadcast regulation that they are able to make sure NBC, and NBC alone broadcasts the events. Unfortunately however, NBC has a stick up their ass and refuses to simplify access to their programming. Pretty much the only way to turn on the Olympics and just watch is by buying a full on cable or satellite subscription, defeating the entire point of ditching cable in the first place. All these hoops to jump through, on top of the fact that NBC's actual broadcasting is overdeveloped and annoying to watch led myself (and presumably many other people) to find a different way...

This video is part of a collection of Motion Graphics designs and tutorials I produced for a UK based company called Motion Mile (Rendaa Studios) from 2014 to 2016. The company has, as far as I can tell, disappeared off the face of the earth. However, some of the designs, and tutorials were viewed and appreciated by a small audience online, so now they're back, here, on my channel, forever... I guess. At some point After Effects templates were made available for many of these videos, unfortunately I do not have access to those assets, so they are no longer available. But, thank you everyone for watching anyway. Working at this company was my first job, and in a lot of ways, my first exposure to working with any kind of audience online.
