2large bananas  Peanut butter/nut butter of your choice (pb2 powder, almond butter etc.) 'STRAWBERRY JAM'  10 large strawberries (feel free to substitute with 1-2 cups of another berry)  5 large dates  1 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp vanilla  2 tbsp of chia seeds (optional but highly recommended to achieve a perfect jam texture) Place the strawberries, dates, cinnamon and vanilla into a food processor or blender and blend until it is thick and smooth. Serve as a thin jam or place this mixture into a preserving jar, mix in the chia seeds and place in the fridge for 2 hours minimum but preferably overnight. Cut the bananas into quarters and spread on the jam and the peanut butter onto each side.
