It is still fully furnished by the old couple who previously owned it (the small shed belonging to it is also equipped with garden tools). There is a lot to be done: the bathroom would have to be re-tiled and the sewer pit had to be renewed. The house would also look forward to a new coat of paint and a new roof. The garden is like 250 sqm. It's one hour away from downtown Berlin and surrounded by nature & lakes. There’s always a moment when we finally we understand something that we’ve already experienced. Sometimes those things are so far away from what our “rational” mind, that even if we already experienced them, the mind haven’t had time to fully absorve and understand it. When I first started performing on the streets, I never truly “thought” I could make a living out if it, and even after I “experienced it” it took a while until I could absorve the simple truth. People are nice, they need to laugh and some have even a kind heart to understand that it is a professional job to be able to do that, and it should be paid.
