AR.Drone2.0 Autonomous GPS navigtion
I've added an Arduino development board and a GPS
receiver to the Drone. The Arduino reads the GPS data
and holds the Navigation waypoint information.
It communicates with the drone over the serial interface,
telling it to go: forward, left, right ... and so on ...
A tool on the drone acts as a standalone controller.
The software is beta:
There are limited fixed settings.

I bought the cheapest 80W laser on eBay. Let's see how this Adventure turns out.
I will try to document every day (with an update) of my quest to put the cheapest 80W laser on eBay to work. I'll report on the pros and cons and on any additional purchases required.
Day 1: Today I made the purchase
Day 2: I got shipping confirmation (that was fast!)
Day 3: Got the call: delivery tomorrow !!
Day 4: It's been delivered. It's unpacked and it all there !!!!
Day 5: Bodybuilding, a backache, tight corners and a cut !!

It took me longer than usual to make this review video, because I kept hitting a very odd firmware bug that kept me from getting the great results I expected from this printer.
And now it performs really amazingly great !
The Tevo Tarantula 3D Printer Kit updated with the Tevo Titan extruder is a very interesting newcomer to the scene.
The Tarantula i3 clone was already a very well regarded 3D printer with a big following on the internet and many fixes, updates, or upgrades available; now with the Titan extruder it's even more interesting.
Find it here: https://goo.gl/XEvZsg
Pros:
- Good quality materials
- Great manual
- Very solid structure
- Standart electronics
- Comes with 0.4kg filament
- Once correctly set up produces great quality prints
- Best layer bond and surface quality I've had so far
Cons:
- Not for beginners (except if you enjoy a really steep learning curve)
- Mine had small parts missing/wrong size
- Prone to Z-axis vibrations (easy to fix once it's printing)
- Needs new firmware to work
Btw:
The bug I hit in the firmware, was that there was a definition for the Z-axis probe in the firmware connected to the same input pin as the Z-min probe switch. That leads to disaster, if there is no Z-axis probe actually connected, but only the Z-min switch.

This video is about Robin 3D Printer - Plotting PCB
This is a part of my development log of videos that I put
together to show how this 3D printer concept can be used
to do other cool things, and build some of its own siblings
parts.
The PCB plotting workflow is the same as in my Direct Ink to
PCB videos, with some minor tweaks to the g-code generation
with hp2xx.
This method also works on most other 3D printers, that can be fitted with a pen holder, but it seems, that most proprietary
3D printer control software packages can't handle the g-code
properly.
The Robin 3D printer project is open source, files are available here:

'Battery powered' has come a long way, this thing is a performance monster.
I've not seen discharge profiles like this in anything that did not have a fan. And it also makes wonderful coffee !
This is the unit I am reviewing:

Some random ramblings about the new mini CNC table that
I am currently working on. It is intended to be part of a series
of modular designs that can form a plotter/cutter, a small mill
or a simple 3D printer base.
All of the design blocks and files will eventually be published
on github, as well as the software that accompanies it.

The MUSTOOL MDS8207 brings significant improvements over the MT8206, but it is not a direct replacement. It creates its own perfect niche. I really love it !!!
Find the MDS8207 here:
https://bit.ly/2w5rbDQ
And the MT8206 here:
https://ban.ggood.vip/Tnkh
The MDS8207 improves on the specs of the MT8206 in every regard, now even supporting a K-Type temperature sensor (included). It boasts a true oscilloscope mode with a dedicated probe plug. It has a save function to store waveform pictures, and now finally features multiple triggering options. The multimeter functions have been improved as well.
The MT8206 still holds its ground with the ability to switch between digital and graphical display on the fly with larger digits and a simple, yet comprehensive display.
I personally love both of them.
The tracking links in the description of the video do not generate revenue for me, but they do add to my rep at bangood.com
The 'MUSTOOL MDS8207' was kindly provided by banggood.com for this video. Thank you very much.
