Apart of the Cacophony EP.

This song I've been meaning to release for a while now. This one, despite not having any lyrics or anything, means a lot to me, as it is probably the greatest one I have made. It all started when I was feeling drained; out of juice to work on anything. After uploading DOODOO Part 1, I was out of ideas, so I flipped over to music for a while. Whenever I would pick up ideas, my motivation to pursue them were gone, as I just sat there and constantly dreaded the process, and the doubt of being able to finish anything decent before I get my life started outside of high-school. I felt like the world outside
was going to treat me like a punching bag so I would be too bruised to make anything. These thoughts were absolutely killing my mind, so I made a song about it, as if my song were quite literally a funeral for my dreams.

The beginning opens as the start of the funeral. I show up late to visit the casket, but at least I made it to say my final goodbyes, before I enter the adult world and never see them again. The part after the beginning is the burial process. I'm feeling quite like nothing but a mixture of sadness and anger for myself, because I literally just let this happen. The bridge part after that (I think I could get away with calling it a bridge, sorry I don't know music lol) is the coping part. Sitting at home sobbing about everything that day. Pretty much how funeral days are sometimes. Slowly, but surely, something starts to click with me. Suddenly the last chorus hits. Did this really need to happen? Dreams can't die! I'm rushing back to the burial site, and I dig that motherfucker out of there. The final part, being a reprise of the first part, is kind of like a reunion of me and my mind; kind of like a "why did you leave me bro", "dude it doesn't matter, let's walk into the sunset or some shit"-type thing.

If you want to pursue your dreams, you fight for them. Don't let anything drag you down, even if your parents want you to become a doctor or some shit, and you don't wanna be a doctor. You are in control of the passage of your own life, so make it count, bitches. Oh also, don't let anything die. You can't control the death of a loved one, but you can carry something on from them, like a tradition or a memento or something. If you love something, love it until the very end.
