I have been acting as my own attorney since June 2020 - with the most current assistance of my third court-appointed legal assistant, Meagan Stamell. FOR NO REASON, as soon as I hit the Lapeer County line, this Michigan State Police Officer pulled me over out of traffic FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN HE HAD TO BE LOOKING OUT FOR MY CAR. I wasn’t speeding and it was in rush hour traffic. HE SAID HE PULLED ME OVER “BECAUSE MY DRIVER’S LICENSE WAS REVOKED”. How would he know that? I didn't know it. I didn't find out until I contacted the Michigan Secretary of State later, and found out a criminal Judge Brian Longman ILLEGALLY REVOKED MY LICENSE TO HELP SABOTAGE LAPEER'S CASE. The State Police said they didn’t know why he pulled me over and they had no technology that could detect me driving on a revoked license. CONSPIRACY! My cellphone got cut off while I was recording, but he told me he could take me to jail. I told him if he did that, then I would only miss court, who would issue a warrant for my arrest. I told him to follow me to court to prove it. I told me he would come by later and let me go. When I got to Lapeer Court, MY “TRIAL” WAS A NIGHTMARE! In March 2023, Lapeer Circuit Court Judge Michael Nolan ACCEPTED MY LIST OF 47 WITNESSES AND 266 EVIDENCE VIDEOS THAT I COULD USE IN COURT. One week before my trial, HE REFUSED ALL MY WITNESSES AND ALL MY EVIDENCE VIDEOS. HE COULDN'T BEAT ME FAIRLY, SO HE HAD TO "CHEAT". AND HE'S A JUDGE. On 8-1-23 I WAS ACTING AS MY OWN ATTORNEY. I didn’t get through half of page one of my opening statement to MY jurors, when Judge Nolan PANICKED and ordered my witnesses out of the room, as if there was a warning of a bomb in court. Then, four court police wrestled with me, and dragged me into a tiny room and wouldn't let me out. I finally had to go to the bathroom and they told me they wouldn’t let me out unless I AGREED TO NOT SPEAK. I went to the bathroom and they told me I SPOKE ONE WORD IN COURT, THEY WOULD ARREST ME. (JUST LIKE THEY DO IN COMMUNIST CHINESE COURTS) Then, Judge Nolan told my THIRD court-appointed legal assistant Meagan Stamell WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT MY CASE TO TAKE OVER "MY LEGAL RIGHT" TO ACT AS MY OWN ATTORNEY. NO WITNESSES, NO EVIDENCE, AND I COULDN’T SPEAK. WHAT A SURPRISE! I LOST!! I tried to walk out of court and they told me they were “worried” about my health and DEMANDED that I be looked at by their EMTS. I refused, and they did it anyway. THEY TOOK ME OUT OF THEIR FAKE COURT ON A STRETCHER AND TOOK ME TO MCLAREN HOSPITAL WHO HELD ME AGAINST MY WILL FOR FIVE DAYS. AND THEN THEY BILLED ME FOR $6900 THAT I CAN'T PAY, SO THEY ARE DESTROYING MY CREDIT. When I finally got home, my two starving cats tore a hole through a screened window and escaped. I found one dead on the highway a few days later, and the other one never came home. I HAD A STROKE AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECOVER EVER SINCE. In the meantime, I PUT TOGETHER PROOF THAT CORRUPT LAPEER COUNTY COURT HAS BEEN GETTING “HELP” FROM TWO CORRUPT MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JUDGES BRIAN LONGMAN AND NICOLE SOMA WHO HAVE BOTH HELPED SABOTAGE MY LAPEER CASE. THAT CONSTITUTES A "CONSPIRACY" I filed complaints on 9-6-23 AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE STILL HASN’T RESPONDED TO MY FELONY COMPLAINTS, even though they told me my turn-around-time would be 2-3 business days after receiving my complaints. WHY? BECAUSE THEY CAN’T DEFEND THEIR TWO CORRUPT JUDGES. AN NOBODY IS PROTECTING TAXPAYERS FROM THEIR CRIMINAL GROSS NEGLIGENCE. MICHIGAN GROSS NEGLIGENCE LAW MCL 691.1407(2) For the purposes of this section, gross negligence is defined as “conduct so reckless as to demonstrate a substantial lack of concern for whether an injury results.” MCL 691.1404(7)(a) Absent such a showing of entitlement to immunity, a governmental employee remains liable for his or her negligent conduct. #firstamendmentaudit #firstamendmentauditor 8-24-22 - I have a Driver's License Appeal hearing with the State of Michigan Secretary of State Judge Longman on 8-29-22. Intoxalock was supposed to give me a "closing statement" for the hearing, but they REFUSED to supply it. The State of Michigan mandated that I have a vehicle alcohol interlock device installed in my car for 12 months to regain my driver's license for a 21 year old offense. I had it installed by #INTOXALOCK, a State-Mandated Supplier of Interlock devices on 2-22-21. My 12 months were up and I successfully tested negative for alcohol on 2-22-22 all that time. I contacted #Intoxalock on 3-1-22 and requested their "closing statement" so I could send it to the Michigan Secretary of State and get a hearing to give me a full license and allow me to have #Introxalock's device removed AND THEY REFUSED TO SUPPLY IT. I had to FIGHT them to finally send it on 4-2-22. It appeared to be missing pages. I called #Intoxalock and their supervisor Maria promised to send me another set of pages, BUT DIDN'T. (WATCH MY VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THAT CONVERSATION) In the meantime, #INTOXALOCK'S DEVICE FAILED FOR THE SECOND TIME ON 4-11-22. Intoxalock's technicians tried to get it working for 16 days before they FINALLY were FORCED to replace their defective unit on 4-26-22. THEN INTOXALOCK CLAIMED THAT I "TAMPERED" WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT; SO THE MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE ILLEGALLY TOOK MY LICENSE AWAY FROM ME AGAIN AND I STILL AM BATTLING TO GET IT BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME. I found out real fast that they are a bunch of crooks that sabotage their state-mandated customers because THE MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH ABUSING MICHIGAN TAXPAYERS. I found that out IMMEDIATELY, the day I had it installed. Their technical contractor Jeremy's Automotive installed their unit and THEN handed me their contract WHICH WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAT WHAT I AGREED TO WITH THEIR SALES MANAGER TRENT LUX. It was loaded with phony fees and charges. Trent Lux told me my bi-monthly payments would be $53 each, but they started billing me $56.99 and $59.99 instead. WATCH MY VIDEO EVIDENCE OF ME TALKING TO TRENT LUX WHO QUOTED 28% LESS THAN THE CONTRACT JEREMY'S AUTOMOTIVE TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN. #INTOXALOCK'S technical contractors are NOT affiliated with Intoxalock. After installing the interlock device, they handed me a contract totally different from what I agreed to. Jeremy's tried to get me to sign it and I refused. They told me to try to have Intoxalock correct their contract and let me drive home. I CALLED AND INTOXALOCK REFUSED TO REDO THEIR CONTRACT TO WHAT WE AGREED TO. Instead, they told me that they would "make it up" by giving me "credits". I HAD TO TAKE MY DRIVER'S TEST AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW IT UNLESS I SIGNED THEIR LEASE, SO I SIGNED IT "UNDER DURESS" AND THEY MUST NOT HAVE SEEN THE WORDS "UNDER DURESS" NEXT TO MY NAME. THEIR CONTRACT WAS VOID. #INTOXALOCK'S EQUIPMENT FAILED THE FIRST TIME ON 7-30-21 AND TOOK A PICTURE OF MY EMPTY VEHICLE PARKED IN A STORE PARKING LOT. I LEFT THE VEHICLE 15 MINUTES EARLIER. (WATCH MY VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THAT HEARING). THE MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THEIR OWN EVIDENCE THAT MY VEHICLE WAS PARKED WITH NO ONE IN IT AND REVOKED MY LICENSE FOR "FAILING A ROLLING RETEST" . . . WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH A PARKED CAR WITH NO ONE IN IT. INTOXALOCK REFUSED TO REPLACE THEIR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT AT THAT TIME. ON 10-10-21 I HAD A HEARING WITH MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JUDGE LONGMAN, WHO TOOK ONE LOOK AT MY EVIDENCE AND DISMISSED THE CASE. But it took him a month to send me necessary paperwork to get my license back. I got my license reinstated on 11-10-21. I WALKED BACK TO MY CAR AND INTOXALOCK'S EQUIPMENT FAILED RIGHT IN THE LAPEER MI SECRETARY OF STATE'S PARKING LOT. INTOXALOCK REFUSED TO REPLACE THEIR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT. So it failed again in a week later November (see all my video evidence). INTOXALOCK'S TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR "DEREK" PROMISED THAT IF I HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED TO JEREMY'S AUTOMOTIVE ON 11-29-21 THAT JEREMY'S WOULD REPLACE THEIR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT. INTOXALOCK PROMISED TO PAY FOR THAT $145 TOW BUT NEVER DID. JEREMY'S HAD NO CLUE WHAT INTOXALOCK PROMISED ME AND THEY HAD NO REPLACEMENT UNIT. ALL THEY DID IS CHARGE MY BATTERY AND SENT ME HOME. (watch all my evidence videos of that incident) AND INTOXALOCK REFUSED TO PAY THE $145 TOW, AS WELL A TWO FALSE LOCKOUTS THAT THEIR TECHNICIANS CREATED BY TELLING ME TO DISCONNECT MY BATTERY. INTOXALOCK PROMISED TO REVERSE THEIR $150 FALSE LOCKOUT FEES & TOLD ME I WOULDN'T BE BILLED FOR THEM. BUT THEN IN DECEMBER 2021, THEY BILLED ME FOR BOTH OF THEM. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME FOR AN "ADDITIONAL" MONTHLY PAYMENT. THEY TOOK THREE PAYMENTS INSTEAD OF TWO ON MY "BI-MONTHLY" PAYMENT PLAN.
