Hi, my name is Aquarius and I'm hoping to get approved for a heart transplant if needed. Better equipment to help me strengthen my heart, medication expenses, hospital visits and oxygen equipment that my insurance won't pay for. Help with food cost to cover healthier eating expenses. I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure at the young age of 41 and my Ejection Fraction was at 25 percent. With medication, exercising and the right diet. My Ejection Fraction is now 47 percent. "I choose to live".

This is my story I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure 8 months ago. My Ejection Fraction Heart was at 25 Percent. As of February 1, 2022 I have an Ejection Fraction of 47 Percent.


We all know that exercise is good for us. And you may want to exercise but some days are just harder than others. Being physically active is an important part of keeping your heart as healthy as can be, and it can make you feel better. Start with small steps and build up to big accomplishments. Always discuss with your doctor before starting or changing an exercise routine.
