To help others and teach myself discipline. Job? Director of budget management at my school. What’s the map for? It’s for you guys! I wanted to remind ourselves of the benefit of the internet connecting us. During the break, feel free to let us know which country you’re from and what you love about it. Social media- I currently don’t use social media as I was too addicted to my phone. (i might start in the future) Burnout? You're not going to win all the games you play in life. However, if your drive/goal is strong enough, you will find reasons to fuel you and keep you going. The days you feel the most resistance are the days that matter the most. Showing up on those days will sharpen your tools to prepare you for the next one. Quality over quantity? Efficiency is definitely important. For me, I was in a fixed mindset for a long time thinking that I will never catch up to those who are more efficient in studying. I constantly surrounded myself with reinforcing a weak mind. If I can do this, think about what you can accomplish. If you're starting out, start from low intervals(10-30 minutes) and gradually increase once you feel you're comfortable. If you feel like quitting, visualize your goals and evaluate your purpose.
