This is part of an experiment to show case still Artwork and add movement and music. I look at Art on my wall and think and ponder, I like it, that's why its on my wall - it has a story, its colorful and has meaning to me. Here I showcase Artworks from Tim Whitmore with layers of Video movement and music. The colours evolve, shimmer and change and the Video and music takes the viewer on a short synesthesia journey as opposed to a static piece which works is a different way. Its like sitting on a bench watching the sea, hearing the waves crash and watching the tide ebb and flow as opposed to looking at a still photograph, which captures a moment in time, this is just a different way of looking at a piece of Art. I experienced synesthesia on a Trip to Cambodia a number of years ago, I had no idea what it was or what was going on, however, it was very pleasant experience that lasted for about 12 months. I think its stayed with me to some degree, as I find colour and music fascinating in equal measures.
