Tré Cool comes from behind the drum kit to perform his whimsical takes on All by Myself/Dominated Love Slave with Billie Joe on drums at the 11/05/2000 "Take Back San Francisco" outdoor concert. This event featuring the classic 3 piece Green Day lineup was presented by Ian Brennan and was prefaced by a “Million Band March” which protested the closing of rehearsal studios and live music clubs due to affordable artist spaces disappearing amidst a tidal wave of commercial development & tech economy and landlord greed (sound familiar?).
More raw Green Day live clips from this crisp November evening follow including the band playing "Who Wrote Holden Caulfield", followed by close up clips of Tré drumming and crowd shots including Barry D'Alive Ward's (a guitarist for R.K.L., Gwar & Me First & The Gimme Gimmes) then new born son, and numerous fans bopping along to Green Day songs like Christie Road etc.

"There are very few guitarists on the scene today who have a resume like San Francisco picker Jinx Jones. After having played with both Chuck Berry and Roy Buchanan, Jones has established himself as one of the top rockabilly guitarists on the scene today.” - Guitar International Magazine

The legendary soul artist Brenton Wood ( Born Alfred Smith July 26, 1941 in Shreveport Louisiana) performs one of his biggest hits live 50 years after the original was released on the L.A. independent label Double Shot Records in 1967. It became a top ten hit, and has remained popular on oldies stations nationwide, particularly with the Latina lowrider music crowd. Said the singer in a 1992 interview with the LA Times: ""I have discovered my market, I know what my market is, so what I do is I work it," he said. "They're very loyal. This is like the third generation of kids that have been following me. The kids like my music. It's timeless music I think, because everyone that grows up is bound to go through this at one time or another--break up, get back together, boyfriend-girlfriend type stuff."

This song from Brian Eno's Another Green World was reinterpreted musically live at The Make-Out Room in San Francisco 4 /6 / 2019, Doug & Caroleen are backed by Bruce Ducheneaux on drums, Dusty Jermier on bass, Steve Perrone & Sunny Haire on additional guitars.
Doug, Caroleen, Sunny, Steve, Bruce and Dustin dusted off their unique guitar centric take on the 70's era Brian Eno classics live at The Make-Out Room for a sold out Enorchestra + Mayya & the Revolutionary Hell Yeah! concert held Saturday April 6th 2019. This is but one of their many Enorchestra takes Brian Eno's rock classics.
in 2004, Doug Hilsinger and Caroleen Beatty lovingly made a homemade cover version of Brian Eno's second solo album, "Taking Tiger Mountain (by strategy)", a wonderful record originally released in 1974 on the EG label. Brian Eno happened to hear the new versions of his old songs and was joyous, proclaiming "I like it very, VERY much!".
And so it was released on cd by DBK Works label, with Brian Eno writing the liner notes. Two years later DBK went out of business and the cd is now out of print. if you want a CD with all the artwork, get in touch with Doug Hilsinger thru http://www.saucefaucet.com
