Welcome to Part 2 of our Sunday Lunch! We are talking our Oven Roast Pork, Baked Squash and Pimento Pilaf all on our First Road Trip to the US. as we start in sweet Philadelphia. 4 Seasoned Pork Chops
4 Carrots (Diced)
1 Medium Onion (Diced)
1/4 Green Cabbage (Diced)
3 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
1 Teaspoon of Ginger
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Sprigs of Fine Thyme
1 Green Onion
1 Butternut Squash
1/2 Glass of Red Wine( Any type that you enjoy)
Salt
Black Pepper
Everything in the oven for 60 mins at 350 and there you have, a tasty Delicious dinner.
