Good evening, I’m still reporting on Trump and Clinton.
Donald Trump now leads in two polls nationally, having overcome double-digit deficiencies in just the last two weeks, and he is closing the gap in most of the other polls, even in the swing states.
According to Jake Novak on CNBC:
“There’s a 50/50 chance this thing won’t turn out [Clinton’s] way.
”Bigger — much bigger — deficits in the national polls have been overcome before in presidential elections."
Slowly, slowly, the major news outlets are starting to turn against Clinton as at least three significant Clinton stories broke this afternoon and this evening.
Late this afternoon, The Daily Beast reported that two complete archived copies of all of Hillary Clinton’s emails were lost in the mail, according to an FBI report released this afternoon.
In addition, that same archive was placed on a thumb drive and mailed, and it too has also now been lost.
Huma Abedin told the FBI that the laptop and thumb drive were meant to be used in the future production of a book. They were lost as different Clinton staffers mailed them around for different reasons as Clinton transitioned out of the State Department.
That laptop and thumb drive are out there somewhere in the world and they are worth a pretty penny.
Next up, Newsweek – reported a Reuters story about the notes from the day the FBI actually whisked Clinton away from her DC home and interviewed her for 3-and-a-half hours.
Clinton resorted to the “I don’t recall” defense – typically the last resort in a sophisticated criminal’s path to prison.
Although the Newsweek/Reuters story is interesting it was rather short of specifics of the “don’t recall” defense.
We have obtained a more complete list, though at this hour its veracity cannot be verified.
Here is reportedly a selection of the items Clinton told the FBI she couldn’t recall:
“… a specific process for nominating a target for a drone strike.”
“… using a flip phone during her time as Sec. of State.”
“… how any data stored on her Blackberry device was destroyed.”
“… why State was unable to provide her with a secure Blackberry.”
“… receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system.”
“… her specific conversations regarding the creation of the clintonemail.com domain.”
“… receiving guidance from State regarding email policies outlined in the Foreign Affairs Manual.”
“… any specific routine for deleting email from her account while Secretary of State.”
“… a specific cable about securing personal email accounts sent to employees.”
“…ever contacting Pagaliano [her tech support person] for technical support for her email account.”
“… specifically who had access to Clinton’s Blackberry and email accounts.”
“… any other individuals being offered an account on clintonemail.com besides Huma Abedin.”
“… the compromise of State employees’ gmail accounts.”
“… using an iPad mini until after her tenure as Secretary of State.”
But according to the CBS report, here is something that Clinton told the FBI that she specifically did remember:
“… that the use of a private server was NOT due to a desire to avoid FOIA requests or violate the Federal Records Act.”
So what is one to conclude from this list?
#1, Clinton is either lying to the FBI, or
#2, she is severely mentally impaired and therefore hardly capable of fulfilling the duties of the President.
Lastly, CBS reported this afternoon that Clinton did not just own one device as she has publically stated – but up to 13 devices – 8 of them were used to access her State Department emails while she was Secretary of State.
However, of these 13 devices, the FBI could get their hands on NONE of them.
And one aide, Justin Cooper admitted to the FBI that he:
“… did recall two instances where he destroyed Clinton’s old mobile devices by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer.”
Any wonder why Clinton is still sinking in the polls?

Let’s face it, monetary reform is not on the table yet, but there are plenty of over-consolidation-of power issues that do worry me.
So here’s my assessment of some of the Republican field at this point with the first televised debate only a few days away. This assessment will most likely change significantly by next weekend.
Trump: I’m still nervous about him. He’s a lot of fire, but has shown little depth. I’d like to see him bone up on a few issues – not much – but a little bit. Too much detail and he might get tripped up.
Pluses: he is pro-American; he’s tough & no-nonsense. That’s important when dealing with the border issue, and the multiple un-free trade deals Obama is trying to push thru Congress.
On top of that Trump has spent nothing on advertising and that should help make him much more resistant to money pressures.
Thursday’s debate will be critical for Trump.
My second tier of candidates would be Santorum and Kasich – a former Senator from Pennsylvania and the sitting Governor of Ohio. Both of these are absolutely key states. But we need more than a couple of key states. These are the guys with whom I have the least concerns. I like what they say and I like their past performances.
I also have few problems with Huckabee, Jindal and Fiorina, but they are well back in the pack, when America is desperate for a win. Cabinet positions – yes.
Rubio – good guy, says the right stuff. Maybe next time. You are good where you are in the Senate representing Florida.
Ben Carson: also a good guy, but doesn’t have enough energy. He should be the guy overseeing fixing health care.
Scott Walker I don’t get. Why is he second in some polls? He fought the unions and won? Ok, but all unions aren’t bad. That’s not a world-stage sort of attribute, where fair trade, fixing the borders and rejecting the Iran deal is. Maybe somehow he has been able to hide some great and shining attribute under a rock, but we’ll soon see.
Ted Cruz – this guy mystifies me. He says the right stuff, but he just doesn’t look trustworthy for some reason. His dad came to talk to a small group – like 50 people or so – in my area, and he advocated for the so-called “Free Trade” agreements and for giving President Obama Fast Track authority to speed their merry way through Congress.
I called him on the “Free” aspect of these trade deals, pointing out that they were more like “slave trade” deals to me.
He got flustered and changed the subject. Then, his son, Ted, voted FOR FAST TRACK – then complained that Senate Leader Mitch McConnell had lied to him about it. So, Cruz has a way to go with me.
The other guys in the race --- Bush – old news, too weak, no trust.
Rick Perry – Perry is trying hard on the Texas border issue, but not my kind of guy.
Chris Cristie – He cuddled up to Obama. Zero trust. End of story.
Lindsey Graham – He and John McCain and John Boehner are the three Republicans I would most like to leave the Senate. No.
Rand Paul – Great on the IRS, but otherwise too weak.
Trump is still my favorite at this point. He’s got his own money. He’s spent a lifetime of being a tough negotiator and someone who achieves what he sets out to do.
He is also used to bribing politicians – uhhhh, we call it “lobbying” here in the States. Trump has been open about it. He knows how it works. Hopefully that means he would support reform in this area.
He is the only candidate that I would guess would be open to monetary reform. I’ve written him, but gotten no answer so far.
I’m Still reporting from Washington. Good day.

With Heidi Cruz missing in action, a significant Cruz insider – let’s call him John Doe – started cleansing his spirit of what apparently is a more evil Cruz campaign than most of us imagined.
At the outset, we are convinced that John Doe is legit. We have seen his employment letter on Cruz campaign stationary. He makes north of $3500 per week.
When this is all over, it is John Doe the nation has to thank for being brave enough to come forward. Right now, the only thing that concerns him is that he doesn’t want to get a reputation for being a whistleblower.
He stresses that he has been in this business for over 20 years and this is the first campaign that was so dirty that he just has to spill the beans on them.
John has been tweeting under the handle Stop Ted Cruz for several weeks now. He tweeted to Ann Coulter on Feb. 11:
[ Insert Tweet 1, Feb 11]
“I used to work for Ted Cruz and now look at my Twitter handle the guy is a huge liar.”
Then John Doe offers proof of his employment as communications director:
[Insert tweet 2b, Feb. 12]
“…follow for DM of proof that I worked on campaign as comm director.
But let’s now jump up to March 10. John claims that the night of the Iowa caucus, the operation against Ben Carson was not accidental and not put together on the fly. It had been thoroughly planned out starting two weeks before. It was:
[insert tweet 3, March 10 ]
“…a plan that was hatched on January 15th for the record.”
Trump supporter Melanie Lauren tweeted back:
[insert tweet 4, March 10]
“What, the robocalls were planned on Jan. 15th?”
John Doe responded:
[insert tweet 5, March 10]
“…the plan for caucus night was made 2 weeks prior.”
Then my wife tweeted out:
[insert tweet 6]
“…i believe it is was too well coordinated to have been on the spot”
Next Melanie Lauren asked:
[insert 7]
“What was he like in person, day to day?”
John Doe responded:
[insert tweet 8 Feb. 12]
“…he just panders to whoever he is talking to after a while it wears thin and many staffers quit. Lookup Don Fairly (my friend)”
That was the last we heard from John Doe. No one knew if he was for real, or just some internet troll trying to plant confusion. Then suddenly, after nearly a 6 week absence, on March 26, John Doe reappeared.
[tweet 8b, March 26]
“Since a few people have asked the other campaigns I've worked on: GW Bush, Rick Scott, Rubio (senate), Nikki Haley, Santorum '12, Tom Cotton”
[insert tweet 9, Mar. 28]
“The strategy by the Cruz Campaign is pretty obvious: trying to bring Trump down has failed so now let's bring down his staff and family.”
Then, this disturbing tweet on March 28:
[insert tweet 10 – They are setting Trump…March 28.]
“They are setting Trump up for a red wedding style betrayal we need to be in Cleveland ready.”
The Red Wedding is apparently a reference to an episode in “Game of Thrones”.
The meaning is that they intend to take Trump down in some nefarious way at the convention in Cleveland.
John Doe then tweeted:
[insert tweet 11, March 29]
“The cruz camp wouldn't expect defectors like me because the campaign is run similarly to Jones Town”
As he explained to us personally, even though Cruz is lying constantly and doing all sorts of dirty deeds, the staff is told that only he – Cruz – is a true conservative and since the ends are noble – namely Cruz becoming the President – then any means can be excused. The staff knows this is wrong, but they are afraid to question it.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.
Donald Trump has trumped his other 10 Republican presidential candidates in every poll taken just hours after the close of the 2nd debate.
In a poll taken in Fox 5 in San Diego, out of a large sample of over 16 thousand, Trump got 46% of the vote to second place Carly Fiorina with 22%.
Marco Rubio placed third in the debate with only 9%. Ben Carson and Rand Paul placed 4th and 5th with 6%, Rand Paul with only 6% of the vote.
Now, to keep this in context, a thousand respondents in a political poll is considered a lot of people, However, although online polls provide a much bigger sample, they are sometimes skewed to a certain audience.
In the massive Drudge Report poll of nearly 500,000 votes by 7am this morning, Trump got a whopping 60% of the vote, with Fiorina trailing in 2nd place with 17%, Ted Cruz in 3rd with 5%, Rubio 4th with 5% and Rand Paul edging out Ben Carson, both with 4%.
In a smaller, but more nuanced poll taken by TheStreet, com out of 5,000 respondents, on the question of who won the debate, Trump got 52% of the vote, Fiorina came in with 20%, Rubio came in 3rd with 7%, Ben Carson 4th with 5%, and Jeb Bush 5th, also with 5%.
However, on the question of who would you like to see win the GOP nomination, Trump widened his lead significantly with 54% and Fiorina, though still coming in second, dropped to 10%, Carson was 3rd with 8%, and Rudio forth, also with 8%.
But when the question was posed as who do you think WILL win the GOP Nomination, Trump’s lead jumped up to 59%, with Jeb Bush jumping up to 15%, with Fiorina dropping to 3rd at 7%.
So, no matter how you slice the early results, Donald Trump despite his lack of details on issues, is completely crushing the rest of the field.
The reason? I firmly believe that the American people has figured out that Congressional votes are being bought and sold to the highest bidder and they are tired of it.
Trump’s greatest asset is not his comprehensive knowledge on issues, but the fact that he is not taking any the big money and so therefore the vast majority trusts him figures he’ll bring in the top experts to provide the details.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.

How bad are Hillary Clinton’s legal problems?
According to former Attorney General Michael Mukasey, writing in yesterday’s Wall Street Journal, Clinton could be charged with 4 felonies and one misdemeanor over her use of a private server while Sec. of State.
Mukasey examined the potential charges in order of severity.
1. Misdemeanor – 1 year: “It is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than a year to keep ‘documents or materials containing classified information … at an unauthorized location.’ “
“This is the statute under which David Petraeus - former [CIA] director was prosecuted for keeping classified information at home.”
Then Mukasey moves up the scale:
2. Felony – 3 years: Anyone who has custody of public records and then destroys them is guilty of a felony with a maximum penalty of 3 years.
3. Felony – 10 years: “The Espionage Act defines as a felony, punishable by up to 10 years, the grossly negligent loss or destruction of ‘information relating to the national defense.’ ”
4. Felony – 20 years: The most serious crime is deliberate destruction of emails that a Congressional Committee might be interested in.
It is now obvious that this is exactly what the Clinton’s private server system was designed to do – facilitate total erasure of the public record of her time as Secretary of State.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.
Undocumented Illegal aliens can now join the U.S. military and after a single day in a war zone be granted full rights as a U.S. citizen thanks to a vote in Congress last week.
All the Democrat members of the U.S. House of Representatives had to vote for it – PLUS 30 Republicans as well to get it passed through Congress.
In the end every single Republican vote was essential because the measure passed by a one vote margin – 210 to 211.
The program Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest – or MAVNI, originally was created to help the Pentagon recruit foreigners legally in the county for jobs requiring language or cultural skills. The program was then expanded to allow medical professional in.
According to Rep. Paul Gosar – a Republican from Arizona:
“The MAVNI program allows citizenship to be granted to any enlistee, who serves one day of wartime service,” he said. “MAVNI was never intended to be utilized for the benefit of illegal aliens.”
It is suspicious to me that at a time that the Pentagon is being forced to cut American military personnel due to budget cuts, that they are being forced to take in totally undocumented illegal aliens into the services.
How are the DOD clearing agencies going to handle security clearances when an undocumented person has no history to investigate? Are they going to give them a SECRET clearance and just hope for the best? That would be totally insane!
Here is the list of 30 Republican House members that voted to make this the law of the land:
Amodei; Chaffetz; Coffman; Costello (PA); Curbelo (FL); Davis (Rodney); Denham; Dent; Diaz-Balart; Dold; Donovan; Hardy; King (NY); Kinzinger (IL); LoBiondo; MacArthur; McSally; Meehan; Newhouse; Pearce; Poe (TX); Reichert; Los-Lehtinen; Royce; Simpson; Smith (NJ); Stefanik; Upton; Valadao; and Zinke.
However, equally guilty are the six Republicans who chose not to vote: Brat; Fincher; Forbes; Hanna; Heck (NV); and Herrera Beutler,

Get Rid Of Deadly Bodily Toxins Now! - https://www.getthetea.com
Fresno Judge, Kristi Kapetan, ruled 2 weeks ago, that glyphosate – the active ingredient in Roundup, the world’s best-selling herbicide – must be labeled with the warning that it is known to cause cancer.
The ruling, which came down on Jan. 26, is a huge blow for Monsanto, which made 3.5 billion dollars from global sales of their weed killers last year. California food producers are the largest consumer of Roundup, treating over 5 million acres of edible crops with it.
According to attorney Robert Kennedy Jr.:
“This listing is not going to put them [Monsanto] out of business. This is a warning, to let workers know that this chemical can harm them.”
Monsanto attorneys have been fighting allegations that glyphosate causes human cancers since a 2015 World Health Organization study determined that it was “a probable human carcinogen”.
Subsequently, evidence has begun to pile up. National Geographic featured a study linking Roundup use to antibiotic resistance in farm animals, and thus humans.
Glyphosate has been commercially available since 1974. A million pounds of the stuff each year is now used in more than 160 countries.
Monsanto clings to a very outdated 1993 report by the EPA claiming that the chemical is “practically non-toxic.”
If Kapetan’s ruling stands in the face of inevitable appeals for one year, then the order goes into effect in early 2018.

A DC law professor says he will move to have the lead prosecutors in the Freddie Gray accidental death case in Baltimore disbarred.
Prof. John Banzhaf, of George Washington Univ. Law School says he will file a complaint today with the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission calling for the disbarment of the lead prosecutors in the trials of the six police officers accused of wrongdoing in the 2015 arrest and death of the 25-year-old black man.
The criticism came after the third acquittal of 6 officers charged in the accidental death that led to widespread rioting in Baltimore last summer.
Legal analysts have called for the remaining 3 trials to be cancelled. According to Barry Slotnick, a prominent defense attorney following the trials:
“It’s quite clear that the prosecution should not continue on…. These cases have not been proven and will not be proven and therefore they should be dismissed.”
Slotnick said that he doubts Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby will drop the remaining cases. He believes the prosecutions were filed against the 6 officers to appease community unrest, not on the merits.
