Sensei Karen Valencic is a Martial Arts practitioner, instructor, author, speaker, mechanical engineer, and personal coach.
Notice where you’re tense. Relax where your tension is. And it’s like magic happens when you do that. A lot of times I hold tension in my calves of all places. It’s really interesting because when you really let go of the tension, not only that you’ll have an effect to your partner and yourself, you can actually feel your way more through the technique.
