Been having to throw a smaller presentation to get a bite recently, back to basics isn't always bad. I used Lake Fork Hyper worms when I first got heavily into fishing and man I forgot how versatile this worm can be....

I had set the hook on this (or possibly another) large bass 2-3 times before successfully landing her. Didn't waste any time dicking around and just hauled her in on light tackle. Estimated 2+lbs. Thanks for watching

My Abu is going in for Tip repair...And the quantum is coming out of repair...so those two will be paired together again shortly. This is the new daily driver. Breaking the two in with a solid largemouth off a black curly tail plastic worm. old skool Texa$Rigged YO
I love spinning tackle. Anywhere from 6' to 6'6 medium action. Something that isn't overkill on the sized fish I catch, But is more than enough to get the job done when that big girl does come around, Bait casters are cool and all...but how many guys you see flippin' with spinning tackle?!

Livingston Lures is a company that has been churning up the ever so bland tackle industry with their lures containing a small circuit board, battery, and speaker, emitting a "bait fish" imitating sound throughout the water. By touching the hooks or the split rings you can physically start the "bait fish" sound loop..imagine a cricket..that is what you hear. Bait fish do indeed produce sound, whether or not this is the sound they make. I've used live croakers before in salt water for Trout and they indeed croak very loadly. I believe the sound produced by these lures could imitate bait fish and entice bass but further testing is needed to validate the claims. This company could revolutionize the tackle industry.

Went down to my favorite place on earth in search of a whole new beast. The Gar, this creek system can hold a lot of water and I bet there are some large creek monsters hiding away after the Harvey Flood waters, Subscribe and stay tuned as my best friend and I probe the waters for larger fish, right behind our homes.

Stopped at the creek with my trusty ice rod and pulled in this beautiful specimen. To me it looks like a drum, but I have never seen this fish before. Please fill me in!
