UFO / UAP - Pentagon admitted holding and testing wreckage from UFO crashes FOIA-00089-2018 PDF
**The US Pentagon has admitted to keeping hold of and testing wreckage from UFO crashes in a Freedom of Information response. **
Anthony Bragalia who wrote a letter to the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) three years ago requesting details of UFO material and tests that may have been carried out. In his Freedom of Information request, he explained: "This could include physical debris recovered by personnel of the Department of Defense as residue, flotsam, shot-off material or crashed material from UAPS or unidentified flying objects." In response, the DIA released 154 pages of results including information of a 'memory' metal called Nitinol which remembers its original shape when folded. Off the back of the response, Bragalia said what he'd received was a 'stunning admission' and one that possesses 'extraordinary capabilities'. Speaking to The Sun, he said: "The Pentagon has admitted to holding and testing anomalous debris from UFOs. They have been able to learn some things about the materials of construction which hold tremendous promise as futuristic materials which will change our lives forever."

"we built a chimeric virus encoding a novel, zoonotic CoV spike protein—from the RsSHC014-CoV sequence that was isolated from Chinese horseshoe bats1—in the context of the SARS-CoV mouse-adapted backbone. The hybrid virus allowed us to evaluate the ability of the novel spike protein to cause disease independently of other necessary adaptive mutations in its natural backbone. Using this approach, we characterized CoV infection mediated by the SHC014 spike protein in primary human airway cells and in vivo"

To determine the possible steps by which the bat SARS-CoV may have adapted to human populations, **Denison and colleagues 52 synthesized the 29.7-bp bat SARS virus cDNA. They subsequently succeeded in converting the bat SARS-CoV to an infectious clone by exchanging the region encoding its receptor-binding domain (RBD) with that of the human SARS-CoV**. The result is the largest replicating genome to be synthesized so far 52 . The authors conclude that “rational design, synthesis, recovery of hypothetical recombinant virus can be used to investigate mechanisms of trans species movement of zoonoses and has great potential to aid in rapid public health responses...”

Top Secret memo of November 21, 1951 from Wilbert B. Smith, senior radio engineer with the Canadian Department of Transportation. Smith was a highly respected employee, with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and several patents to his credit. The memo was sent to the Controller of Telecommunications and recommended that a research project be set up. “We believe that we are on the track of something which may well prove to be the introduction of a new technology,” Smith wrote.
“The existence of a different technology is borne out by the investigations which are being carried on at the present time in relation to flying saucers.” Smith goes on to state that:
1. The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States government, rating higher than the H-bomb,
2. Flying saucers exist,
3. Their modus operandi is unknown but a concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Dr. Vannevar Bush, and
4. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.
DoD 5040.6-M-2, April 2005, Instructions for Handling Visual Information (VI) Material This was the next version of 5040.6, as published in 2005. Within this manual, it provided “guidelines for both the recording of visual information (VI) in the field by camera operators and the accessioning of such VI as VI records into a records center, such as the Defense Visual Information Center (DVIC).”

"**For the third time in less than a year**, an out-break of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) seems to have originated from a **failure in laboratory containment.** This latest incident, revealed in China late last week, is themost serious. One death is tentatively attributed to it, eight people are confirmed or sus-pected of contracting the disease, and hundreds have been quarantined. The apparent lapse is especially troubling because it occurred in China’s leading SARS research lab"

**SPARS Pandemic Scenario 2025-2028** by John Hopkins Released in 2017
In October 2017, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security released their report, SPARS Pandemic, 2025-2028: A Futuristic Scenario for Public Health Risk Communicators. The report is written from the perspective of someone in 2030 who is looking back on a pandemic which swept around the world between 2025 and 2028. The document states that the creators identified major socioeconomic, demographic, technological, and environmental trends which they believe are likely to emerge during this period. The two trends they said are likely to influence public health emergencies are “varying degrees of access to information technology” and increased “fragmentation among populations along social, political, religious, ideological, and cultural lines.”

The Advanced Systems and Concepts Office (ASCO) supports this mission
by providing long-term rolling horizon perspectives to help DTRA
leadership identify, plan, and persuasively communicate what is needed in
the near term to achieve the longer-term goals inherent in the agency’s
mission. ASCO also emphasizes the identification, integration, and further
development of leading strategic thinking and analysis on the most
intractable problems related to combating weapons of mass destruction.
