Welcome back, everyone! This video goes over the CMMG Radial Delayed Blowback system and compares it against the heavy-mass blowback system of the "traditional" AR-9 platform. I am specifically using the 8" barrel and BCG kit along with the CMMG 9mm AR Conversion (ARC) magazines. CMMG collaborated with Mean Arms for these magazine inserts and they are essentially modified EndoMag inserts to be used in a standard AR-15 STANAG lower receiver when paired with the Radial Delayed Blowback system. I've also included range footage to show the recoil impulse differences between the Radial Delayed Blowback system and the heavy-mass or straight blowback system.
