If you're running a D&D or similar paper and pencil, tabletop RPG, then do yourself a favor and get this incredibly useful tome.
I forgot to mention it, but there are a few really cool tables at the back of the book. Also, some great examples of setting mash-ups in the text itself. For example. Dark Sun as a post-apocalypse setting 5,000 years after the world of Eberron. Lots of possibilities there - you could have relics of Eberron beneath the sands, subtly influencing the Dark Sun culture, Thri-Kreen with Dragonmarks, who knows what else?!? That cool idea alone is worth a couple bucks in my opinion.
Yeah, trying to create a roleplaying blog using Empower Network's blogging platform was a big mistake. It seemed acceptable at first, but the more I learned, the more it just seemed like a big fat internet pyramid scheme.
Sorry for any inconvenience. Will post a video about whatever new new RPG blog I create this coming week. Stay tuned!

How weird do you like your scenarios / campaigns? What kind of strangeness do you want to experience?
If every Game Master was able to set aside one night a month for teaching noobs how to roleplay, then paper and pencil, tabletop roleplaying games could make a comeback. I miss the early-to-mid 80's heyday of D&D, where all you had to do was bring your Dungeon Master's Guide to school or invite friends over to fight Orcs in a dungeon.
Personally, I think it's easier to teach people early basic D&D or AD&D, than 3rd + edition. What about your favorite old school scifi or horror RPG?
