CABILAO LOON BOHOL,
I really missed this island, the place where Im grown up.
One of the attractive islands that Bohol is truly proud of is the Cabilao Island.One of the smaller Philippine Islands, it has an approximate 8 square kilometers, laid-back lifestyle and a peaceful community.
HOW TO GET THERE
From Tagbilaran City, take a ride (busses, vans, motorcycles) along the coastal road going to the Municipality of Loon. Busses are found at Dao Terminal, near Island City Mall, while vans and motors for hire can be found everywhere, in the terminal, airport or pier (seaport) and willing to drive when the price is right.
Upon reaching Loon, ask the locals for jeepneys going to Mocpoc on Sandigan Island or you can just simply tell them how to get to Cabilao Island. In the western end of Sandigan is barangay Mocpoc where a little pier (seaport) is located. Out-rigger boats or bankas bring you to your destination. All of the resorts are on the opposite side. In this case, the drivers have to get you to the other side.
Better route is to take a jeepney for Sandingan from the terminal at cogon Market opposite of Plaza Marcela. The jeepney will bring you direct to Mocpoc seaport where boats are waiting to bring you to Cabilao island.

My thought of the moment:
The goal was to play even more calmly this time. I called this session “A Calm Mind”. These times are stressful in different ways. We feel uncomfortable because we don't know what the future holds, some of us feel being restricted in some way, some of us even have existential fears or worry about the health or life of ourselves or our loved ones.
There’s not much good in worrying unnecessarily. But that’s what we humans are good at. I want to remind myself: There are things we can control, and then there are such we can’t.
I want to remind myself: To focus on what I have, on what I am, what I (still) can do. It’s a miracle that I’m here (odds of me being born as me have been about 1 in 400 trillion, or more). I’m thankful for the time span of each breath I can be here, doing the things I can do. A calm mind helps me be aware of this gratitude. Do you feel similarly?
