This is a start of a video series in which I'm going to upgrade and Ender 3 pro in an unusual way. In this video I show how I turn an Creality Ender 3 pro into a foldable printer. I have been looking forward on starting this project for a long time! I had to replace the display and power supply and I have uploaded these modifications to my website together with the foldable mechanism. I hope you enjoy this video!

In this video I show how I add a DyzeDesign water cooled direct drive system to my CR-10 S5 with a huge 1.2mm nozzle. Because I didn’t have enough room for cooling blocks to cool the stepper motors I decided to make my own. I came with the idea to make them out of the back parts themselves and it came out pretty good. This whole process is shown and I hope you enjoy this video.
Thanks DyzeDesign for sending this water cooled hot end, it’s an awesome quality product!

In this video I show the problem I faced due to the amount of hand washing lately. I was tired of refilling that hand soap so I designed and printed an adapter which fits directly into the refill packaging. What a bless! Another first world problem solved with 3D printing! Enjoy this short video!
I haven't uploaded the design, but you can always contact me and I send it to you :)

In this video I show how I build and test a tool which makes it possible to print food on an Ender 3 pro. This turned out pretty challenging and I managed to get it working, but it needs a redesign. I've learned a lot from this experience and I had a lot of fun making this video! I hope you enjoy this one!
The parts can be downloaded from my website https://properprinting.pro/product/food-dispenser/ I still have to improve this design, but I've added the Fusion file too so you can tinker with it yourself :)

I have finally bought an Ender 3! My goal is to turn this printer into a production machine which is as accurate and reliable as possible and is able to print engineering materials. In this video I show a couple of steps which I think is important to start with which is building it as accurate as possible. I think that all steps done correctly turns out in better results later on.
The video I have used to get this thing assembled properly is: https://youtu.be/me8Qrwh907Q

In this video I show how I add a direct drive system with a flexible shaft from Flex3drive. Because this is an open source system it's possible to make modifications. I've made one by making this system detachable with the use of a standard m5 hexagon bolt. At first I wanted to make a custom connector with this coupling system embedded but I quickly found out that it's simpler to use a different connector for the wiring. The reason for me to make it detachable is to add tools which can benefit from this system which I'm going to make my upcoming video about.
The kit I've bought for this video can be found here: https://flex3drive.com/product/g5-flex-hw-kit/
The shaft length I've bought is 650mm which seems to fit perfectly.
The rest of the parts to make it detachable can be downloaded from my site https://properprinting.pro/product/detachable-flex3drive/

In this video I show how the 3D printed system I designed a while back can be used for unusual things, like functional parts for an old café racer. I think that it is nice as a concept, but it needs to be improved further before I'm going to share it.

It took a while, but I'm ending this year with a fully 3D printed rim out of ABS! The reason for using ABS is because it's affordable and already difficult to print so I can properly test the performance of my 3D printer. You'll see that it still isn't perfect, but we're getting there! I hope you enjoy this last video of 2020 and let's make 2021 the best year ever!

In this video I show how I do some proper cable management on my Creality Ender 3 pro. The challenge here is to get the foldable mechanism to work with this. I've designed and printed a cable chain to make everything nice and tight. I was unable to find source files of a cable chain which were of my liking so I designed my own. This enables me to make modified links, including one with a custom connector for my print bed and place this on my website.
The files can be found here: https://properprinting.pro/product/cable-management-for-the-foldable-ender-3-pro/
