Hello friends uh first of all uh my English is not perfect uh so I beg your pardon uh what I wanted to do today is to tell you a little bit about my experience with the Caveman Inner Circle.
First, in brief, my story I used to be a very sportive guy when I was young and I also believe that uh during this period of my life I did myself some injuries in my lower back and uh when I was growing older at about 35 actually I'm 44 now I started to experience consistent problems with my lower back and I was told that I can't do any sport except swimming, but obviously, it was not a good answer for me so I started to look myself on the opportunities to make my life more interesting and somehow I found out that there are kettlebells. So I started to browse the internet to find different courses and different video lessons and I started to practice it myself and everything went smooth until I injured myself again in the lower back due to the wrong techniques I was using. So at about a year and some googling i found Cavemantraining.com and i started to follow Taco and Anna and i started to try to practice some of their trainings, very short period of time i found out that there is a group the closed community which was dedicated to kettlebells and training and included a huge set of follow-along workouts with warm-up and the training itself and the cooldowns and the lessons on how to program. The major discovery for me was the lessons on technique where Taco and Anna are very strict and serious and I realized that I did a lot of mistakes before and I also got some very valuable lessons from Taco on techniques of different exercises starting from basics and he was following my videos with attention and giving me feedback on every video and I can tell you that by now I'm doing kettlebells nearly every day and I'm very glad that I'm the part of the Caveman Inner Circle. Last month I even took part in the open internet competition the most important part that I'm pretty healthy now and I don't experience any problems with my lower back and I'm doing sports I'm getting fitter and I'm managing my weight when I wanted to get down I know what to do and I want when I want to build up some mass I also know what to do and it's all thanks to Caveman Inner Circle. And the last but not least the very important thing at least for me is some very good lessons on working with my own ego as I told you I've been a sportive guy so I'm striving for records and sometimes it's not really good for health especially when you are at my age and also it was Taco who told me how to work with it and when to step back and when to train flat and not to strive for high records uh keeping myself healthy and happy highly recommended thank you very much Taco and namaste.
