SAS Survival Secrets - Episode 1: Behind Enemy Lines (I)
SAS Survival Secrets was a 7 part series from 2003 on basic fundamentals of SAS methods and tactics to some generalized scenarios. I wouldn't call it in-depth, but it does provide some insight to the approaches used by both them and similar special forces.
This episode covers infiltration and extraction of a special target.
Thanks to danielprotiwa on youtube for uploading the series in 720p.

The last guide by Caleb Lee on making guns that I'm aware of.
However, due to the AK blank market seemingly being scared off by the atf scare campaign, this guide has become more of a novelty than anything else.

MK262 is a 5.56 variant with a 77 grain open tip match bullet; It is said to have substantially better overall performance than M855, especially in shorter barrel ARs.
This is a 4.85gb file containing Johnny's 15 part video series on attempting to clone this round; The reason for that becomes obvious when you see the price of factory MK262.
At the time of this being posted, Brownells sells a 460 pack for $1.56 a round, which is very expensive when compared to something like M193 typically priced at $0.55 a round.

Although dated 2001, this guide is still fairly applicable to modern prisons, covering the right mentality to have and both violent and non-violent means of defense.
There are also a few makeshift weapons, some of which may be more for a psychological effect than a physical one.

In this video Paul demonstrates that body armor may be able to stop a projectile, but the blunt force trauma carried from said projectile can still injure the subject without penetrating. Saved in 1080p resolution.
Just a reminder why trauma pads exist.
