After a pipe, you’ll see Porcupos and another Shy Guy on an ostrich. Ride on the Hoopsters to cross over holes and you’ll see Ninjis ahead. After another Porcupo, climb the vine to the clouds. As you climb the vines, watch for Snifits and Hoopsters. Make your way to the top and descend by spikes. Once you find a bridge, go through the door to the boss area. Hit Frosty with snowballs 3 times to grab the jewel so the Mask Gate will open.

The stage begins with cannons on blocks and a crew led by a Waddle Doo. Go through the floor and you’ll see some flame wheels. By a set of waterfalls, copy from a spark and go through the next door to descend into the water by more enemies. The next path has Waddle Dees and others you can copy off from. After throwing an egg through arrow puffs, use the arrow ball to bounce and you’ll find 3 Red Coins. Ground pound all the way down to find 3 Red Coins by 2 arrow balls. Hit a ? Puff to reveal a door. Throw an egg up where a lantern ghost is to make an arrow ball drop then bounce off it to find the 2nd flower. After a checkpoint over a mushroom, turn left to find 3 Red Coins. Break the concrete to reveal a ? Puff that releases a door to a secret room. Defeat all of the lantern ghosts for 4 Red Coins and the 3rd flower. Use an arrow ball over a spiked mace set to find 3 Red Coins. Under a mini-game hut, throw an egg at arrow puffs so they hit the 4th flower. Go to the top of the cave and pass some bats to find the next door. You’ll find another checkpoint and cross over platforms with Gusty flyers on the lines. Use the arrow ball to enter the next area and break the concrete over number platforms for the last flower. After a chomp rock and ball flower, you’ll find the goal.

One of the flip blocks contains a P Switch. Pressing the P Switch will make all coins and hard blocks invert. On the other side, descend and a set of ? Blocks will allow you to enter a pipe. But if you choose to descend all the way, you’ll find the 2nd Yoshi Coin. If you enter the pipe with the ? Block intact during the P Switch tune intact, you’ll find the remaining 3 Yoshi Coins. Press a P Switch to reveal a trail of ? Blocks and a Lakitu will throw Spinies. Continue ahead and you’ll reach the goal.

After beating the Elite Four, go to Route 131 and go north to witness the Sky Pillar. As you climb the Sky Pillar, make sure you have the Mach Bike with you. There are cracked floors that will make you fall through if you’re not fast enough. On top of the Sky Pillar, there is Rayquaza. Save your game before you interact. Rayquaza is on Level 70. It can strike first by using Extremespeed. When is uses Outrage, the move repeats for 2-3 turns then the user becomes confused. It can use Fly to avoid attacks for the first turn and strike the next turn. If it’s running low on HP, it will use Rest. Bring some Ultra Balls and Timer Balls as you attempt for a capture.
