In the movie Avengers: Infinity War, Dr. Strange is very specific about the number of possible futures he has witnessed. The boil kettle now having the required 7 pounds of pale malt extract (about 6 SRM), the heat turned all the way up and the hot break continuously being skimmed off, it is finally time for the wort to start to boil. On an electric stove this takes a long time. The 7 gallon pot covers too much of the burner and not enough air can get underneath. I really need a trivet I imagine.
To help boil off more of the water, the total boil time has been extended to 80 minutes. This will also give a slightly deeper caramel color to the beer. It will be better!
The next video time will be when the Simcoe hops are added. The alphas on these whole hops is 14.1%. Half will be used for 60 minutes and the other half at 30 to go. The flavor hops will not be added until 10 to go. It is smelling of rye and barley now, soon the citrus of hops will join in the fun.
No, I don't know why my iPhone messed the video up. Enjoy anyway.

Over the last few years, the comic books for the Captain Marvel character have been rebooted several times. She has been made unlikable and the Marvel movie didn't change that. Numerous reports of odd ticket sales and empty, but sold out theaters added to the problem.
The Internet has become all abuzz over a video created by Overlord DVD. In it, he claims several sources tell him that Disney is losing confidence in Brie Larson and Captain Marvel, in particular with the loss of Spider-Man in the MCU. Is the high ruler being serious or is this just a great troll video.
