PRISON DIARIES | July 6, 2019 | Fighting in the MAXIMUM SECURITY Pod, part two
This journal entry is from July 6, 2016. It’s the morning after that obnoxious piece trash hung up the phone while I was using it to call my mom. It was the last straw. This is the reason I got the fighting in the maximum security pod, part two. He had no right to disrespect me like that. So, I handled it. I felt like I had no choice but to fight him because what is to stop him from doing that again? Honestly, I should have punched him in the face right then and there last night when he did, but I was so shocked and stunned and completely caught off guard that he actually had the nerve to do that. I gave no one any reason at all to disrespect me. I am a polite, peaceful, easy going, and respectful person. There was no reason for him or anyone to even pay me any attention, let alone disrespect me like that while I’m trying to make a phone call home to my mother. He had it coming. Plus, I was going on hunger strike, so I knew that it was now or never because I was only going to become weaker as time went on. So that’s why I got the fighting in the maximum security pod. It is what it is.
