Mike And The Mechanics - Over My Shoulder (From "Live at Shepherd's Bush")
Mike & The Mechanics was formed in 1985 by Mike Rutherford of Genesis as a separate project to run alongside his work with Phil Collins and Tony Banks. They released their eponymous debut album the same year featuring vocals from both Paul Carrack (ex of Ace) and Paul Young (ex of Sad Café) and had an immediate hit with Silent Running. This was followed a string of further hit singles and albums as gaps in the Genesis schedule permitted.
In 2004 the band reunited for the first time since the sad death of Paul Young in 2000 and released a new studio album Rewired. With Paul Carrack now handling all the lead vocals they went out on the road across Europe, culminating in this outstanding performance at London's Shepherds Bush Empire.
The show features four tracks from the new album, tracks from all their other albums and a greatest hits list that includes such classics as Silent Runing, Another Cup Of Coffee, Beggar On A Beach Of Gold, Over My Shoulder, Word Of Mouth and of course The Living Years.
Tracklisting:
1) Falling 2) Now That You've Gone 3) Get Up 4) If I Were You 5) Another Cup Of Coffee 6) Beggar On A Beach Of Gold 7) Perfect Child 8) Whenever I Stop 9) All The Light I Need 10) One Left Standing 11) Silent Running 12) The Living Years 13) Over My Shoulder 14) Word Of Mouth
Looking back over my shoulder
I can see that look in your eye
I never dreamed it could be over
I never wanted to say goodbye
Looking back over my shoulder
With an aching deep in my heart
I wish that we were starting over
Oh instead of drifting so far apart
Everybody told me you were leaving
Funny I should be the last to know
Baby please tell me that I'm dreaming
I just never want to let you go
Looking back over my shoulder
I can see that look in your eye
Turning my heart over and over
I never wanted to say goodbye
I don't mind everybody laughing
But it's enough to make a grown man cry
Cos I can feel you slipping through my fingers
I don't even know the reason why
Every day it's a losing battle
Just to smile and hold my head up high
Could it be that we belong together
Baby won't you give me one more try
One more try
Looking back over my shoulder
I can see that look in your eye
I never dreamed it could be over
I never wanted to say goodbye
Looking back over my shoulder
Oh with an aching feeling inside
Cutting me up, deeper and deeper
Fills me with a sadness that I can't hide
Looking back over my shoulder
I can see that look in your eye
I never dreamed no no it could be over
I never wanted to say goodbye
Looking back over my shoulder
I can see that look in your eye

"High Hopes" is a song , composed by guitarist David Gilmour with lyrics by Gilmour and Polly Samson. It was released as the second single from their eleventh studio album, The Division Bell (1994), on 17 October 1994.
The lyrics refer to the band's early days in Cambridge, specifically before they started making music and it also references ex-bandmate Syd Barrett. Its lyrics speak of the things one may have gained and lost in life, written from Gilmour's autobiographic perspective. Gilmour has said that the song is more about his early days, and leaving his hometown behind, than about the seeds of division supposedly planted in Pink Floyd's early days

It was Bob Marley’s last tour before his tragically early death in May 1981 at the age of just 36. The tour was in support of the “Uprising” album released on June 10th 1980. A few days later on June 13th the live show from Dortmund’s Westfalenhalle was filmed for the famous German music TV series Rockpalast and is presented here for the first time with footage restored to the best possible quality. Bob Marley and the Wailers are on superb form and deliver a set of hit singles and classic album tracks. Marley’s energetic, charismatic performance gives no indication that he was already ill with the cancer that would take his life less than a year later. With very few Bob Marley live concerts available this will be a welcome addition for any fan. (Available 24/11/2014)

ABOUT COLDPLAY
Since forming at university in London, Coldplay have gone on to become one of the planet’s most popular acts, selling more than 80 million copies of their eight Number One albums, which have spawned a string of hits including Yellow, Clocks, Fix You, Paradise, Viva La Vida, A Sky Full Of Stars, Hymn For The Weekend, Adventure Of A Lifetime and, most recently, Orphans.
In November 2019, the band released their eighth album Everyday Life, described by Rolling Stone as “Coldplay’s rangiest and deepest release by orders of magnitude, maybe even their best” and by GQ as "A gift – hard to deem it anything less than Coldplay's best".
