Alan doesn't understand, likely because he couldn't understand the police, hasn't contacted them, or has misleading advice from them because they themselves misunderstand the situation - but because he continues to communicate with these people, and makes videos and community posts responding to them, he will not be able to prosecute any of these people using the malicious communications act. He is engaged in a dialogue. It is no good capping off your latest video with "lets just move past it", after engaging with them for four years now. He wasn't, however, in a dialogue with "NK", who he and the empaths and geniuses in his cult have openly insinuated for years now, had something to do with the Chris Watts familicide. He also, despite requests from family members, hid behind "public information" to create a sordid little morbidity cult who gather together every other night in a Stalinist chat governed by incompetent power hungry, drunken cat ladies. Never allowing these people to rest in peace, or their family members to move past it, without excluding themselves from large parts of the internet forever. They call this "pursuing justice". Even if it was against the law, a literal law which stated "You cannot troll Alan Vinnicombe", any decent person would still call this pond life out for what he is at every turn, because he is unfit to be in the position of accusing people of murder, when he himself cannot string a sentence together...
