I recently had the pleasure of exploring several ruin sites around Cuzco, Peru, with Camille Sauve, a local author and ruins expert. From megalithic stone structures to underground caverns with mysterious vitrified stone, the entire day was filled with mystery and awe. The strange, perfectly carved (or poured; no one really knows) are confounding; no one knows why the Inca did this, and there is no obviuos purpose to any of it. there will be many more explorations of ruins in the next month or two, so don't forget to subscribe abnd turn on bell notifications so you don't miss anything,
