Do you think paying a professional Tech is worth it? Or do you think they are ripping you off? This vehicle is a great example of why it is always worth paying a trained professional over some backyard garage to work on your car or truck. Usually cheap repairs means it will cost you more to fix what they broke.

I had a video we had put together a few years ago for a friend/customer who wanted to have a picture documented job done. He had installed a supercharger on his stock engine and after a while it proved too much for the short block. We ordered a DSS engine for him and documented the job for him with a video. I had music added but due to the license agreement with youtube I can only use music they allow. I still thought it would be cool to share it here.

When installing aftermarket parts in a vehicle, it is extremely important to understand the systems you are working with. It is also important to understand that you may cause problems inadvertently while performing any modifications to modern vehicles. Sometimes, this can be costly. I do not recommend ever modifying systems in these vehicles because of the high potential for the component to cause problems, or the installer himself damaging things. And remember folks...If I can do it, That doesn't mean you try to do it.
