Welcome to the very first Vault Recap by CTZNGIRL, where we recap inside the vault and cover the most exciting news from Bethesda, including Fallout 76 Expeditions, Starfield, Free Week, Nuclear Winter, new events and more from inside the vault. This week is juicy so lets crack on. At E3 we saw the official announcement of Expeditions, which, for those of you who don't know is the introduction of a new map to Fallout 76, something fans have been waiting for for a long time. The new map, called The Pitt is inspired by a Fallout 3 DLC originally released back in 2009 on Xbox and Playstation, which, despite early issues, became a firm favourite with Fallout fans. Bethesda have given us plenty to do and think about until then, so with that said, buckle up, as The Pitt expedition lands in 2022. During E3, Starfield was teased, but since then we have been privy to some more exciting announcements with Bethesda only just showing us behind the scenes footage - if you havent seen this in full, ill link it below. This is worth signing up for as you will be among the first to discover more about Starfield drops on 11-11-2022. Bethesda introduced Double XP and Free to Play week for newcomers to Fallout 76. Until June 16th anyone can play for free, get double XP, rank up twice as fast and get a preview of Fallout First. Additionally, a great feature of this free to play event is that all progress made will carry over if you decide to purchase the Base or Deluxe game. . For those of you who love the current season campaign, you can now assist the Brotherhood of Steel, in the lead up to the new Steel Reign campaign coming in July to all platforms. Currently, Steel Reign is available to test on the Public Test Server on PC, but for those of you who prefer to play the Quests as your beloved character creations, The Coming Storm is sure to delight and fill that gap before Steel Reign drops. From Tuesday June 15th to July 6th you can take part in challenges and take over workshops to unlock unique rewards. Nuclear Winter is ending in September. When Nuclear Winter goes offline you will earn Perk Coins depending on your rank in NW. Perk coins can can be used to upgrade your Legendary Perks in Adventure Mode so they're pretty handy. Nuclear Winter has always offered exlusive rewards as you rank up as Overseer and some of them are pretty damn sweet. Thats it for now, until next time, be a good citizen and ill see you next week.
