I spent extra effort on the sound treatment and mixing on this piece (I think I've been focusing a lot about mixing recently). After some refurbishment I done to the room, the recording sound seems to be a little more lively? Anyway, I really love this song. It's groovy and chill. Staying inside the pocket is the key to sound good on this type of song. It's a hard topic to taming down between chops but also staying interested as a drum cover.
