Just a quick rip with my monster truck using my monster truck transmitter.
I just wanted to run my Ursa Monster Truck a little before it got dark. I changed broken gears in both axles and needed to test them too. It's got a standard silver can (27t I think) 540 motor in it, which is just right on 2S.
The maiden flight of my new micro C-130 Hercules. The same flight as in my previous sunday flight video.

Here the machine is milling a pair of rotor blades for an Align T-Rex out of oak. The 3D model was made in Discreet Plasma and then exported as a .WRL into Vectric Cut3D where the G-codes were made.

I always hated the vinyl junk that my VQ Hornet came with. It's always wrinkly when I want to go flying, doesn't add much skin strength and the sticky side picks up all kinds of debris that makes its way inside the plane, and repair pieces don't stick well to it. Don't buy ARFs with vinyl covering if you prefer proper iron on covering. It's junk in my opinion.
When I removed the covering to put on new the whole plane was covered in sticky residue from the vinyl. Ugh. I almost threw it in the bin. I cleaned it up as good as I could and decided to try covering it and luckily it went ok.

Very crappy video.
Trying out my OpenRC F1 car. It has a 21 turn brushed motor and a 6-cell Ni-MH pack. Way too hot. I'm going to try an 80 turn motor soon. I could only give about 25% throttle before it would go nuts, and I measured a 37,3 km/h speed on my fastest run, at very low throttle and super careful acceleration.
Then I tried my Monster truck, but it was boring on asphalt so I gave up and went home.

The Apple IIe joystick port only allows amalog joysticks, so I made a device that interprets the signal from a digital joystick into analog voltages.

The first flight was perfection. Amazing flight and landing. The second was good as well, but the landing gear collapsed on landing, so it must have been cracked. The plane is repairable.
