Born Chaka Nyathando, Pompi is a gospel musicians from Zambia who has been active in the music industry for over a decade. His music is highly inspired by the message of the cross (gospel) and is a fusion of Afro-soul, R&B and Hip Hop/Rap. He is also an entrepreneur and the CEO of Atmosphere Nation. On 8th of December 2012, he released his debut album titled, "Mizu". This music project was the highest selling album in Zambia for more than 12 weeks.
In 2011, he was voted winner of the BNB (Born and Bred) award in the Best Gospel Artist category. In 2013, he was voted the winner of 2 ZMAs (Zambia Music Awards) categories namely Best gospel Male Artist and Best Gospel Male Album. In Just 2013, he performed as a guest artist during the Big Brother Africa eviction show.
His "Mizu" album was followed by the release of the "Broken English" (2015) album. He pioneered as the first Zambian aritsts to be invited by prince Africa Zulu to perform at the Royal Onkweni Music Festival for the Zulu King and thousands of people.

However, a turning point came in Class 6 when her uncle, Mr. Mugo, intervened. Recognizing Mercy's potential, he instituted daily lunchtime math sessions in the staff room. Despite initial reluctance from some students, Mercy committed to these sessions due to familial obligations and fear of repercussions from her mother.
Under Mr. Mugo's guidance, Mercy began bridging the knowledge gap accumulated over years. His strict discipline and personalized teaching approach demanded excellence, setting a pass mark of 70% for math exams. Despite falling short by a single mark initially, Mercy's dedication and Mr. Mugo's unwavering standards propelled her to consistent improvement.

Given that some delegates had never visited Africa, concerns surrounding malaria and security loomed large, underscoring the need for meticulous planning. Despite the challenges, the delegation, consisting of seven high-level individuals, embarked on a transformative journey, reinforcing the adage that no experience is without value.
