Beer braised steak is a delicious way to eat the less tender cuts of beef steak, which are also much less expensive. Slowly braised on the stove top using mild beer, this steak is tender, succulent and full of deliciousness. Served here with steak chips, mushrooms, savoy cabbage and carrots - in its own beer gravy ?
