In this video I demonstrate how to cook pan-seared lamb leg steaks in a mint gravy. Ingredients: 2 tspns salt flakes. 320g/12oz lamb leg steaks. 2 tbspn oil. Half an onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. 1 tbspn plain/all purpose flour. 300ml/10 fl oz beef or lamb stock. 1 tbspn mint sauce or 2 tbspns fresh mint mixed with 1 tbspn vinegar and 1 tspn sugar.
