Most of us still can't travel, but there's no reason for us not to be able to try and enjoy food from around the world! In today's video, we're trying our hand at Ochazuke! A Japanese soup dish that is not only super easy to make, but is so delicious and comforting as well! Happy eating
Ingredients:
1 cup - Rice (cooked)
Salted Salmon
Roasted sesame seeds
Wasabi
Nori (dried seaweed)
Umeboshi (salted Japanese plums)
Dashi Broth:
1 1/2 cups (385g) - Dashi broth (if you're using the powdered form use 1 packet and the same amount of water.)
1tsp - Mirin (Japanese rice wine)
1 tsp - Soy Sauce
Salt (optional)
