my weekly thrift store reselling adventure #1 BOLO $1375 Coleman lanterns
Be on the lookout for Coleman lanterns worth $1375. A couple of weeks ago I decided to start doing a weekly thrift store reselling trip to my two local thrift stores once a week and make a video about what I find and learn. Over 20 years ago I made a living reselling items on eBay and decided to get back into it part-time to supplement my income. Every week I will be posting another thrift store video about what I have learned about reselling on eBay and the best item I found that week.
Two ways citizens of any almost any age can identify, report and help prosecute polluters and receive half the fines levied as a reward.
The video below is the video that inspired me to make my video.

The key thing to know about the little fishcake gadget is that it allows you to form a pattie or cake with low cost fresh vegetables that will stay together in the pan without adding a large amount of a binder like flour or meal to keep it from crumbling. This improves the taste tremendously.
In this video I am making Chicken patties.
The ingredients for today were
one cooked chicken breast minced. optional
One minced medium onion
One grated baking potato , you can use regular potatoes
two grated carrots
one minced clove of garlic-optional
one handful of chopped fine fresh parsley optional
one egg- I have made it without eggs but with egg is better
1/3 cup of corn meal- you can substitute wheat flour
a large tablespoon of ground flax seed to reduce moisture-optional, you can also use bread crumbs
two minced extra fine stalks of celery
red pepper flakes optional
salt and pepper
I did not add any today but if you have mushrooms they work very well
Use low heat in a lightly oiled pan with a loose fitting lid
turn the patties as soon as the bottom is firm enough to flip. The secret is to cook in low heat that will cook the vegetables but not over brown or burn the outside of the pattie.
Baking is an option but you will not get the same great taste as when slow cooked in the pan.
You will have to turn them over twice.
You can use any fresh garden vegetable or greens, I would not use tomato as it has too much water. Ground flax seed or bread crumbs will reduce the moisture if your pattie comes out too wet. Use as little as corn meal or flour as you can to increase the falavor of the fresh vegetables.
The fishcake factory gadget lets you use all sorts of low cost ingredients to provide a very tasty meal while experimenting and having fun cooking.
I have also made a dessert with grated sweet potato, raisins, egg and sugar, corn meal, and cooked them in the pan with the lid on- they were awesome.
Finally, the cakes and patties made in your pan taste better after they cool down and are great to eat the next day cold out of the fridge.
hope you enjoy them. If you like my DIY videos and want to subscribe, you can go to:

Over the years I have been called to jury duty many times but have never been picked to serve, I think I know why. Here is an amusing personal and true story on how to be a good juror and tell if someone is guilty.
Hope you like it.

I make my own inkjet print head cleaner. The recipe is simple. I made 100 ml of cleaner by adding 80 ml of Windex to 20 ml of alcohol as described in the video.
You do not have to use ml if you don't want to make 100 ml.. You can use whatever unit of measurement that suits your purpose, but the ratio is always 8 parts plain ammonia Windex and 2 parts isopropyl alcohol, either 70% or 99%. For example. if you are using tablespoons you would use 8 tablespoons of windex and 2 tablespoons of alcohol as described in the video.
If you can't find plain Windex, use in its place diluted plain ammonia, at one part ammonia and 9 parts distilled deionized filtered water.
in the video I have a can of cooking spray. I was going to mention I use it to remove the labels from the little spice containers I use to store solutions. The little containers can be made into nice calibrated cylinders for measuring simple formulas and cooking.
This is not guaranteed to work on ALL printers and all ink. My DIY cleaner is for regular inkjet printer ink. Do not use it on dye sublimation ink, it will clog. Only use it on a printer you have no hope of unclogging. I do not wish to be held responsible and am only letting you know what has worked for me, repeatedly over the years.
If your ink is made by Lyson, there is reports some of their ink has a different Ph which will gel or clot the ink if this formula is used. Also, some printers have a microfilter that once plugged are almost impossible to clean.
here is one of my other printer videos you will find helpful- I also have a printer repair and hack playlist on my channel.

I have had AFIB for almost 4 years. I had a cardiac ablation in April and so far have been progressing well. Before I had my ablation I must have tried two dozen different things to help stop or reduce my paroxysmal afib symptoms.
In this video I discuss the four things you will most likely be offered as treatment by cardilogists and 4 things I found that may have helped reduce my afib symptoms.
Over the years I tried many things for my afib and nearly all of them were backed up by studies and helped some people. Unfortunately very few of them seemed to help me very much.
I plan on writing a small ebook this year to list all of the things I have tried and give links to studies where applicable. I am not doing it for money and will offer it for free or if Amazon does not let me do that I will sell it for 99 cents. I hope to save other people who have afib a lot of time is searching for answers to their own treatment.
If you have been living with afib and have tips that might help the rest of us please leave them in the comment section.
