Putting in some extra work today did a quick BFR band bicep smash. 8 mins is all it too to smash my biceps.
Reverse grip Scott curls 4x25
Cable Top curl curls 4x25
Super set style with no rest in between exercises till all 200 reps are compete. Talk about have a stupid pump.
2.5 weeks back training full body feeling great weights at 218lbs cutting to 205lbs. Weight ins are March 12th.
