Follow along in this 30 minute series of SoloYaker as he interacts with the Nassau County Sheriff's Department as they investigate him . @TheArmedFisherman made some poor decisons this day , not only did he jepordize his well being , he put many others at risk also. My prayers is that he gets some help that isnt court ordered but self realized.
My opinion is that had he refused those road side test , he would have gave an attorney a fighting chance against the charge , no seat belt and open container would have been civil infractions and a small fine. Im not an attorney and this is not legal advice..

This is the 911 call center audio between Punta Gorda Police Department Lt. Dylan Renz and 911 dispatch Callie and between James Madison and Kaitlyn. James Madison , Poor Dirt Farmer and myself was at #PuntaGorda PD to collect public records and was denied service.
F.S. 119 is very clear about when and how public records can be obtained, no where does it say in 119 that an appointment must be made to even file a public records request. After the release of this public record when then understood the denial of service from Lt Renz and 911 Dispatcher Callie.
