He invested billions of his own dollars into vaccines just to make sure that we all live long and healthy lives. Towards the end of this video, a reporter interviewing Bill Gates asks him about the safety of the vaccines because they looked into it and they were concerned about what they found out. And in response to that question, he beats around the bush for a bit and then he says "...the side effects were not super severe...". Now, I don't know why anyone wouldn't be able to trust such an honest and generous man. The fact that he's gonna make a crazy amount of money from investing in a leaky vaccine that constantly needs a booster is just by-product of his philanthropy.
