Night of hell for the Ukrainian forces: The entire Donbas front is on fire.
There is a massacre in Grigorovka; and Peski falls. It was a hellish night yesterday for the Ukrainian forces as the entire Donbas front surrendered to a relentless artillery barrage. The Russian Army and its allied forces pounded Ukrainian positions from Nikolaev to Kharkiv, especially sweeping the Donbas region.
This fact was also admitted by the Ukrainian governor of Donetsk, Pavlo Kirilenko, who stated that 'The entire front line is being bombarded incessantly."
They don't stop shelling Donetsk (...) Bakhmut is being bombarded, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk are being bombarded day and night.
Indeed, yesterday was also a very difficult night for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Russians pounded the Ukrainians in Ugledar, Avdeevka, Bakhmut (Artemovsk), Dnepropetrovsk, Soledar, Peski, Gulyai-Pole, Seversk and other areas.
The Ukrainians suffered heavy losses, especially in the Grigorovka area where a concentration of forces of the 63rd Brigade was also hit.
Fierce clashes on the outskirts of Seversk. Russian military sources said that Ukraine is using all its available reserves to hold on to Seversk as long as it can.
'As soon as the Ukrainians left Lisichansk, Kyiv threw all its units and formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into Seversk. Seversk is located on a plain, so the city itself is not well adapted for defense.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are using it to maintain the reserves that the command is throwing in the direction of allied strikes.
Fierce fighting is taking place in the Grigorovka area. This settlement is located west of Belogorovka.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are fortifying the villages near Seversk because without them, the Kiev formations will have to retreat from Seversk. We continue the battle. '
Bombings in Kharkiv-Dnipropetrovsk. A "hellish night" was today for many regions of Ukraine.
Russian troops launched strikes with Iskander missiles at targets in Kharkiv.
At the same time, Russian forces struck Ukrainian targets in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The Russians attacked with MLRS barrages from areas of Zaporizhia under their control.

British soldiers to prepare for fighting Russia
According to the senior 'other ranks' soldier in the UK, British soldiers must be prepared to battle Russia and should get their families ready for the possibility of a "long" deployment.
His counsel follows that of the UK's newly appointed chief of general staff, who stated that British forces must be able to destroy Russia in war.

In an article for the most recent issue of the British Army's "Soldier" magazine, Carney stated that "the Army is configuring itself to confront the threat from Russia" and "will be ready, with the correct equipment, to play our part in deterring a future war in Europe."
"Deterring," in this case, seemingly means deploying. "I want us all to check we are physically fit for operations".
And it is also important we prepare loved ones and families, who often have the hardest role in our absence, "he continued."
My request is that you begin discussions with them about a possible deployment right away.""We could be out of contact for extended periods on tour."Carney's caution does not indicate that the UK's involvement in the situation in Ukraine will soon change.
However, a warning issued in June by General Patrick Sanders, the new head of the British General Staff, implies that the army sees Russia as its next significant adversary.
In a message to his subordinates, Sanders stated that "there is now a burning necessity to construct an army capable of fighting alongside our friends and defeating Russia in battle."We are the generation that needs to get the army ready for another battle in Europe.
Since Russia's military intervention began in February, the UK has provided Ukraine with military assistance totaling £2.3 billion ($2.7 billion).
Currently, British soldiers are educating Ukrainian recruits in the UK, and it has been reported that British intelligence services are exchanging information with their Ukrainian colleagues.
Since the UK is a NATO member, all 29 of the alliance's other members, including the US, would be compelled to join the fighting if it engaged in open warfare with Russia.

UK introduces new anti-Russia law
In the middle of the Ukraine crisis, the UK government has produced a law that gives it more authority to expand sanctions against Russia.
"On Thursday, Minister for Europe James Cleverly tabled the bill in the House of Commons, which "substantially broadens the spectrum of people, businesses, and other entities" to be sanctioned in the event of "future Russian aggression." ", He stated that it would go into effect right now.
The legislation gives London the authority to impose new restrictions on people who, in London's opinion, are or have been involved in "destabilizing Ukraine or undermining or threatening Ukraine's territorial integrity, sovereignty, or independence," as well as those who receive "a benefit from or support the Russian government."
Conducting business with "a separatist group in the Donbas region" and "trading or operating in Crimea" are two examples of allegedly punishable conduct.
The UK government released the sanctions document on the same day that Foreign Minister Liz Truss visited Moscow. This appears to back up her Russian colleague Sergey Lavrov's assessment that their meeting was "like a deaf person speaking to a mute."
Truss made a statement about the sanctions just hours after her meeting with Lavrov, encouraging Russia to "de-escalate and choose the path of diplomacy," as well as warning that if Russia "persists in its aggression towards Ukraine, the UK and its partners would not hesitate to act."
"The UK can now sanction not only those directly linked to Ukraine's destabilization, but also Government of Russia affiliated entities and businesses of economic and strategic importance to the Russian government, as well as their owners, directors, and trustees,", Foreign Secretary said.
The timing of the document's release has enraged the lawmakers. The last working day of parliament before the holiday is Thursday, which means MPs will not have time to discuss the bill.
As a result, Shadow Foreign Secretary David Lammy said that MPs "needed an opportunity to evaluate the sanctions," while his colleague, Chris Bryant, who is known for his outspokenness, slammed the administration for acting "totally autocratically."
Cleverly responded to this "disappointment" by stating that the administration needs to take action rapidly in order to "deter Russian aggression."
Over the previous few months, Britain and its allies have accused Russia of plotting an invasion of Ukraine, which Moscow has clearly denied.

'Shocking': With grief and dismay, US veterans watch Afghanistan fall'Shocking': With grief and dismay, US veterans watch Afghanistan fall. Video: Afghan citizens attempt to enter Pakistan to escape Taliban. WASHINGTON: Marc Silvestri was confident it was time for his colleagues to return home a decade after returning from Afghanistan. However, the army veteran has been startled as he watches the chaotic pullout occur in real-time."It's been a difficult couple of days,", the Revere, Massachusetts-based 43-year-old chief of veterans services told AFP."I never expected the Taliban's speed and audacity to be what it is after twenty years and billions of money," he remarked. The quick Taliban takeover has brought shock, fury, resignation, and fear to US veterans of the 20-year war, as well as their Afghan comrades left behind and countrymen at home hurting from the disastrous end to the US operation. The Afghan military and government dissolved in a matter of days.Because of a failure to thoroughly comprehend Afghanistan, veteran Chad Fross believes that the withdrawal of US soldiers "was always going to be a mess," regardless of who was in command. To see friends die, lose body parts, or lose their wits,'" Fross explained. For Fross and others, the fate of women is a terrible aspect of the Taliban ascendancy."I believe a lot of people are bothered by these kinds of principles that we thought we were going over there to secure," Fross remarked. He also promised to evacuate "thousands" of US citizens and Afghans who had helped with American forces and were afraid of Taliban retaliation. Many veterans believe it is inhumane to leave Afghans who worked with them to deal with the "very real" threat of Taliban retaliation."I just think that's wrong,", Fross added, echoing the views of several veterans interviewed by AFP.In a statement released Monday, the nonpartisan Iraq and Afghanistan Soldiers of America, which is dedicated to post-9/11 veterans, urged US officials to "spend no extra time" in sending Afghans who worked with Americans to the US.In a statement, Tom Porter, IAVA's Executive Vice President for Government Affairs, said, "We must uphold our obligations to those who have sacrificed so much on our behalf."He cited the infamous photographs of the US leaving Saigon, which have colored the US legacy in Vietnam since then and are now circulating again as social media users draw comparisons with the US pullout from Afghanistan. As the collapse unfolded, Silvestri said one Vietnam veteran came out to him, saying, "I never thought I'd see it again..."I believe the best thing any of us can do at this time is listen,", he told AFP, repeating the countless messages from organizations in recent days reminding veterans of support services.

Denmark to allow citizens fight in Ukraine
Copenhagen has announced that Danish citizens will be allowed to join an international military force that Kiev intends to establish to assist its own troops in the battle with Russia.
""It's a decision that can be made by anyone." This applies to all Ukrainians living in Denmark, as well as anybody who believes they can directly contribute to the war,"", Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said at a press conference on Sunday.
"At first glance, there appears to be nothing in the law that would preclude someone from going to Ukraine to take part in the conflict on the Ukrainian side,", Frederiksen noted.
Earlier, the PM spoke at a large protest in front of the Russian embassy in Copenhagen against Moscow's operation, telling the crowd that "it is all of you and all of Europe that are threatened by Russia."
It comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky declared the formation of Ukraine's International Legion of Territorial Defense, which will allow foreigners to join and fight alongside Ukrainian soldiers against Russian and Donbass forces.
The Danish prime minister isn't the first to advocate for it. Earlier on Sunday, UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss stated that she would "certainly" back British citizens who choose to participate in military action on Ukraine's side.
"I agree with you. Of course, people may make their own judgments," she said on the BBC's Sunday Morning broadcast, adding that Ukraine fights for "freedom and democracy" for the "entire Europe."
According to Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, volunteers should contact Ukraine's diplomatic posts in their respective countries.
According to the Kremlin, Moscow initiated a large-scale military operation on Thursday to "demilitarize" and "de-Nazify" Ukraine.
Zelensky described the "Russia special operation" as a "war against Europe," calling on anybody wanting to fight alongside Ukrainians to "stand side by side."
Western countries have retaliated against Russia's actions by applying harsh sanctions and pledging to provide Ukraine with lethal weapons.

Indonesia approves law banning sex outside marriage.
The Indonesian Parliament today approved legislative amendments that ban premarital sex and make other significant changes to the country's Penal Code.
The vice president of Parliament, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, said he was in favor of the text, which obtained the majority of votes in the plenary and which is criticized by its detractors as a setback for freedoms in the Muslim majority country.
"We have done our best to take into account the important issues and the different opinions that have been discussed.
However, it is time for us to take a historic decision to amend the Penal Code and leave behind the colonial Penal Code that we inherited," Indonesian Justice Minister Yasonna Laoly said.
Among the most controversial articles of the newly adopted code is the criminalization of extramarital sex, as well as the cohabitation of unmarried couples.
According to human rights organizations, these rules could also have a strong impact on the LGBTQ community in Indonesia, where same-sex marriage is not allowed.
Project committee spokesman Albert Aries defended the amendments ahead of the vote, saying the law would protect the institution of marriage.
He added that premarital and extramarital sexual acts can only be denounced by the spouse, parents or children, which effectively limits the scope of the text.
But critics of the new law denounced it as an attack on moral freedom.
Indonesia's current Penal Code dates back to Dutch colonial times, and its revision has been the subject of debate for decades.
According to rights groups, the new amendments underline a growing slide towards fundamentalism in a country long hailed for its religious tolerance, with secularism enshrined in its constitution.

How COVID Shots Suppress Your Immune System (part 2)
Importantly, the COVID shot produces an enormously larger antibody response than spontaneous infection, and studies have shown that the level of antibody response grows with illness severity.
As a result, the shot is designed to resemble a serious infection. You may not develop any antibodies at all if you have a mild illness because your innate immune cells are capable of fighting off the virus without them.
You get into difficulties when your innate immune system is weak, and part of that weakness is a suppressed type-1 interferon response. If your type-1 interferon response is low, your immune cells won't be able to stop the virus from spreading throughout your body.
According to Seneff, since it must be timed correctly for the immune cascade to function properly, type-1 interferon supplementation has not been suggested in the past.
Only at the first stages of infection does type-1 interferon have a decisive role. It's too late to utilize it once you've reached a moderate or severe infection stage.
COVID Shots Confuse Your Immune System.
The COVID shots, according to Seneff, are so abnormal that your immune system doesn't know what to do with them.
"I get the sensation that the immune cells have no idea what's going on." Immune cells create harmful proteins in large quantities. That's a rare occurrence. Because these RNAs resemble human RNAs, no signs of viral infection can be found.
It's as if human immune cells decided to manufacture a very hazardous protein in large quantities—which is exactly what they're doing—and the immune system is absolutely perplexed. It's a mystery to the immune cells what to do with it.
Of course, immune cells that are overburdened with spike protein tells themselves, "I have to get rid of this material," so they send it out as exosomes. The microRNAs in exosomes believe that the recipient cells will require those specific signaling molecules to help them cope with the hazardous load.
So, I believe you're spreading the spike protein throughout the body to remove the toxicity you're dealing with in the spleen. These exosomes are also excellent for antibody training. An excellent article showed that exosomes released spike protein in their membrane, which is the exosome's outside.
The spike protein is exhibited there because it permits immune cells—specifically, B-cells and T-cells that need to get up close and personal with it—to figure out how to shape their antibodies. The antibodies are shaped to resemble the harmful protein that is exposed on the exosomes' surface.
The exosomes elicited an antibody response after about 14 days of the second jab. According to the researchers, the exosomes played a significant part in the adaptive immune system
