The police attempt to silence the 'Really Annoying' demo (Kill The Bill) protesters outside The House of Lords during their voting on the amendments of the controversial & Draconian policing bill. The police took a 'soft-touch' approach throughout the evening during the multiple demonstrations that day, but, however, decided the noise from amplified equipment (including megaphones) were an issue after 8pm. The persistent and incessant drumming which had gone on throughout the evening was permitted to continue, even though it was the drumming which lived up to the name of the protest, 'Really Annoying' demo..
