The second round of official talks between China and the US has concluded. Many observers agree the talks were acrimonious. In this video, we answer three fundamental questions: 1) Will the US/China trade talks lead to cooperation between the two rivals? 2) Did China enter these talks from a position of strength? 3) Will the US use Meng Wanzhou, as a bargaining chip? There are areas of potential cooperation between the two rivals such as climate change.
