Day 1 - Releasing Fears of Uncertainty for the Future

Day 4 is all about bringing more inner peace and calm to ourselves again, which has the added bonus of boosting our immune system as well...what's not to love about that, right?
By doing these tapping sessions along with me and the many others also joining in, you're helping yourself and also helping others...and this can only positively benefit us all in the process.
Why?
How is this possible?
Einstein taught us that everything is energy...therefore, this includes us as human beings. And thus, we are all connected via this universal energy. So, if you spend time tapping and releasing thoughts, feelings, and emotions which no longer serve or benefit you positively, you will also be helping to lift the veil on everyone else as well.
This can only serve to bring more lightness and optimism to this whole situation we all find ourselves in at the moment. So well done on contributing your part.

Day 8 is exploring the US and THEM theme which seems to be rapidly emerging more and more, not only here in New Zealand but around the world, as the truth of what's really happening and going on gets more and more visible...and the attempts to counter this get stronger and stronger.
We're all feeling this division and separation at some level. And it's hard. It hurts us all in some way, shape, or form.
To deny this, would be to deny your humanness, especially right now.
Therefore, this session explores this in a very organic and 'follow-the-energy- kind of way.
I encourage you all to get specific with your own thoughts, feelings, and sensations, rather than using my generic words and ideas in this session. The more specific we can be, the more effective our results.
So tune in, tap along and get down with yourself and what's at the root of how you're feeling and experiencing things at the moment. And most of all, enjoy it and be gentle with yourself.

Day 14 focuses on the feelings many of us may be experiencing at the moment, while we seesaw through lockdown levels and swing from routine & schedule to non-routine & schedule, which all contributes to creating imbalance, stress and worry, especially for parents, caregivers, students and children at school, college or kindy.

Day 5 is inspired by the VFF webinar guest Julius Ruechel, who appeared yesterday and also the magnificent piece of prose he wrote in July, (which you can read here: https://juliusruechel.substack.com/p/the-emperor-has-no-clothes) about letting go of that part of ourselves that's not serving us any more and stepping into who we really are and who we're here to be now, so we can take back our power and stand firm with what we want to experience in our lives going forwards.

Day 10 is all about self-care and creating the space for that on a daily basis, to help us balance and function more effectively.
This is certainly not easy in the currently climate, with so much coming at us from all directions...however, it's even more important right now that we do make time for self-care in our daily routine...it's as essential as our cleanliness hygiene like teeth brushing and taking showers...energy hygiene and self-care practices are fundamental for our well-being.
So grab some water, tissues and pen and paper if that's your thing too and come join me for a gentle session to help clear the way for more self-care in your day.

Day 6
The session today is exploring the confusion, overwhelm and information overload we seem to be in currently.
For many this feels like it's ramping up by the moment, never mind by the day...
In the last 24 hours, we've seen more conflicting information about what's right for some and not for others...
Who needs to be jabbed and who can be exempt...where we need to wear a mask and who doesn't have to follow these guidelines.
It's confusing, overwhelming, and no surprise that many of us feel like we're in a state of disarray.
So today we tune into this, explore this and open up the support we all have within us, to help guide and support us more positively, from our own inner guidance system.

Day 15 is all about facing that inner voice which sometimes drowns out our inner wisdom and connection to our heart space and intuition.
So we'll tap to calm and erase this voice (or voices) and bring in some higher vibration energy and frequency focus to rebalance and reconnect with our true selves, our soul's calling.
So grab some water, your tissues and note pad with pen and prepare to light yourselves up, so we can scare away the dark.
