Directions:
Place the charcoal in a pot as shown in the video.Light it up with some kerosene or light up a few big chunks of charcoal in the stove,place them at the bottom of the pot and start fanning.I was using a stand fan as i was doing it indoors,worked excellent.Place a grill on top,i got my grill from an old otg oven.If you don't have a grill then get some cloth hanger(not plastic ones),cut the hanger wire and bend them into skewers.Drive the skewer into the chicken pieces and place them over the pot supporting the skewers at the edges.Use a kadhai to cover the top when you have got the charcoal nicely burning.This will give a smokey flavour to the chicken.TO make it taste best,pour some soybean/sunflower oil on top of the chicken when its half done, and start fanning heavily.the heat will vaporize the oil leaving behind a nice taste.
