http://www.tridentfitness.net Rich Graham walks us through a simple step by step process of how we can easily camouflage our firearms, or any other object easily and affordably from home. Camouflage helps break up an object's silhouette, allowing it to blend better with its surrounding environment. For more tips follow Trident Fitness on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/tridentfitness

Just one small aspect of clearing a horizontal plane we want to make sure we create enough height to clear our weapon. This usually means not to the height of our eyes but more likely the height of our shoulders which is nearly 6 inches lower. If we do this we are much more likely to clear our barrel and have a clear shot if needed. Obviously there are other factors and variables to this but this is a good baseline principle to start from.

The "Urban Prone" position as explained in our Combat Mobility System is a great close to mid range prone option with a rifle. One common mistake though is the positioning of the legs and hips while in this shooting position. When placing your top leg forward your hips and shoulder will follow. This sets you up in a much better position with recoil management. Most malfunctions from this position are due to lack of applied pressure on the butt-stock when seating into the collarbone, allowing for the firearm to cycle properly.

Rich Graham of Trident Fitness LLC leads a group through an out side the box workout. Kettlebell training does not have to take place in a gym, and if your in the water you don't always have to wear a swim suit. Shoes, pants, and long sleeves create much more drag in the water making things much harder. Kettlebells in the water allow you to use heavier weight and are great for learning exercises and mixing up your routine. For more info visit http://www.TridentFitness.net

While attending an Operation Restored Warrior "Drop Zone" program in Vail, CO we got a chance to take our service dogs out for a little training on the zip lines! They usually do not allow this but, because the "War Beast" is a certified S&R K9 they made an exception. This was a great experience!
