Back in the main area, go by 2 bees over the rope and you’ll find the “O” letter. Continue ahead and you’ll find the Star Barrel. Throw a barrel at the Booty Bird and the “N” letter. Follow the bananas as you cross the ropes and jump over one Buzz at the end of the rope to enter a B Barrel. The 2nd bonus area has green bananas over the rope. Collect 15 of the bananas in 30 seconds for a B Coin. Back in the main area, continue on the ropes with the bees and you’ll find the “G” letter. At the Lostlorn Forest, where you found a TM95 (Snarl), there is a Hidden Grotto. Enter this Hidden Grotto and you might encounter a special Heracross. It ranges between Levels 20-25. It also has the hidden ability, Moxie. With this ability, the user’s Attack stat will go up after knocking out any Pokémon in battle.

The start of the track features a healing zone that covers the area until mines are seen in front of a jump bar. Use the jump bar to cross over and use more jump bars to go over sets of mines. Certain areas have magnetic barriers that will break your jump, so watch where you jump with the bars. Make a few left turns and use the next jump bar to cross over. Complete 5 laps to finish.

As you climb the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town, you’ll see your rival on the 2nd floor. Go to any Pokémon Center and you’ll spot the 2 interviewers. They can be battled once per day. Depending on how far you get in the game, especially in the post-game quest, the levels of the opponents will be higher. Magnezone will use Magnet Rise to make Ground type move useless for 5 turns and Mirror Shot to make opponents less accurate. Gardevoir will use Imprison to prevent opponents from using moves it knows and Psychic for a big attack. After the battle, the interviewers will allow you to say something and will show it on TV.

Caitlin was formerly an employer of the Battle Castle and has now transitioned to a member of the Elite Four with Psychic type Pokémon. Reuniclus will only take damage from direct attack with the Magic Guard ability and will use Thunder to paralyze opponents. Musharna will use Reflect to weaken physical attack damage for 5 turns. Sigilyph will use Air Slash to make opponents flinch and its Wonder Skin ability makes opposing non-damaging moves have only 50% accuracy. Gothitelle will use Calm Mind then unleash its power. A move like Night Slash would be best for this battle.

Lance is the Dragon type Pokémon master. His entire team of 5 know a move called Hyper Beam. Hyper Beam causes massive damage but it forces the user to recharge the next turn. Gyarados knows Hydro Pump, said to be the strongest of all Water type moves. Aerodactyl will combo by confusing targets with Supersonic then using Bite to make the targets flinch. Dragonite knows Barrier, which it and its pre-evolutions can’t normally learn in the Generation I series but it can learn it via breeding in Generation II. Gyarados can easily be taken down by Thunderbolt and all others by Ice Beam.

Shauntal uses Ghost type Pokémon. Cofagrigus will use Will-O-Wisp to burn targets and spread its Mummy ability to those that make contact with it. Jellicent will use Brine to finish opponents who have low HP and disable the move that it was affected from with the Cursed Body ability. Golurk will sacrifice its own HP and put a Curse on targets, making them lose HP every turn. Chandelure will use Fire Blast as its biggest attack and burn those who make contact with it with the Flame Body ability. Moves like Crunch and Shadow Ball would be a good use for this round.

Use the wooden platforms to cross on the icy landings. Hit the garbage block with a Koopa shell to reveal a vine and go up the pipe to a secret room where a Tanooki Suit can be found in a ? Block. Ride some more wooden platforms then you’ll reach the goal on the landing ahead.
