Episode 255 I've been cold plunging consistently for several months. And using ice is just a pain in the butt! Not only is it a hassle to do it daily, the cold water only lasts about 30 mins. This means that me and the boys need to do it all at the same time which isn't convenient. I like to do mine early in the morning (1st thing before working out). They boys like (would rather...they don't really like it...haha) in the afternoon/evenings after football. So I've been really wanting a cold plunge with a chiller that keeps the water cold constantly without needing ice!! So I had one custom built overseas and then added some modifications to it.
