Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width distance apart and holding dumbbells low and centered. As you sit down into a low squat, allow the dumbbells to hang down in between your legs. Return to the starting position, extending your arms out in front of you, so that they are parallel to the ground. Bring your arms back down, then repeat the movement.
